Bathroom needed places/hooks to hang towels

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious & very clean. Food was good. Reception area looks all new & looked very well. Very nice porter from Jordan on duty a real gentleman.

One older member of staff in breakfast room was rude & didn't seem to be happy with her job.

Stayed there recently for a walking and site seeing holiday and would recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bar area is nice and there are other areas where you can sit. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was good and plenty of dishes were available. The weather was kind to us. Thank you for making my holiday. Hopefully I can return sometime. All the best for the future.

On arrival the staff were cold and uninviting. Didn't look up to acknowledge the large group in front of them, dispite having nobody at the check-in desk. Their first interaction was "what's you name"?. No hello, or welcome. The rooms were very simple and clean, but old and out-dated - did not feel like 4 star. No greetings from staff at any point of my stay, in the lobby or at breakfast. The bar area was dirty (crumbs on the sofas, sticky tables) and had a funny smell, so we all left to go into town for a nicer experience. The breakfast staff seemed very inexperienced and unfriendly.
