"Clean hotel, only one to have no complementary water, and could do with plumbing upgrades."

Was clean. Hotel provided cold early breakfast. Food and drink was good.

No shampoo in shower. No complimentary water. Toilet very tough to flush. The jacuzzi was being redone and no mention of this when booking (we had tough race and booked so would have jacuzzi)

We a group of 6 stayed for 5 nights bed,breakfast and evening meals. Food for both breakfast and evening meals was very good, great breakfast choices loved the waffles. Shout out to Kay and all the staff definitely the backbone of this hotel, great staff always willing to help and sort any minor queries. Also I think I have his name correct Conan who has a genuine welcome with a great smile in the dining room. We would recommend this hotel for all travellers especially because of the staff and food.
