"Le sobra una estrella... o dos"

El personal de restaurante. Los camareros eran muy amables.

La limpieza del hotel. Encontrarme una cucaracha en mi habitación de madrugada y otra al lado de mi mesa durante el desayuno. El ruido de las cañerías toda la noche que no nos dejaron descansar y lo que es peor, oír lo que se hacía en el baño de la planta superior con total claridad. Que aún pagando el todo incluido, muchísimas cosas eran de pago y estaban fuera del servicio. Y las condiciones de la habitación: para ser un 4 estrellas tenía varios desperfectos.

The hotel location was wonderful and the food was very tasty, but Manuel (bald guy with glasses), who worked in the dining area, was a very unpleasant man. Lunch was served until 3:00 PM, and we arrived at 2:40 PM thinking we could quickly eat something in 5 minutes because we were not very hungry. Manuel apparently thought we wouldn’t understand the Spanish expression “¿Ahora?!” and started looking at his watch in an annoyed way because he had already set the tables. We still had 20 minutes to calmly finish our lunch, but we felt rushed because of the way he was looking at us. After that, for the rest of our stay, he behaved very strangely — either being overly fake-friendly or making fun of us. This man should not be working in this hotel if he dislikes his job so much.

Всё было прекрастно! Всё чисто, еда вкусная, расположение отеля прекрастное, очень близко к океану, теретория очень красивая и ухоженная, в номере убирали каждый день.

Прекрастный отдых, прекрастный отель. Понравилось всё! Единственное при заезде попрасили залог 50 евро, было неожиданно, теперь будем ждать возвращение залога назад на карту.

La ubicación, buen servicio y la calidad de la comida

Debería haber mayor rigor con la vestimenta,sobre todo en la cena, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas , y el mobiliario del comedor necesita un cambio
