Clear instructions to check in.

I think it is overpriced for a single room with a shared bathroom. The place looked clean at first but when you look closer, you'll see that it isn't in some places. The handles of the drawers in the kitchen hadn't been cleaned in a long time for instance. The bed blanket did not have a cover and I got quite cold in the night. Besides an extra very small blanket in the closet, there wasn't anything else to keep myself warm with.

The room was clean and the common areas as well. We did not notice the other people renting rooms. Comfortable bed, linen and towels. The host was proactive with the communication and reached out to confirm our details.

The area surrounding the property can be perceived as scary for some, there is a youth "prison" next door where a lot of teens gather. We did not find it problematic (came to the property around 12pm) but as a solo traveller I would take this into account.

This place is fine for a short stay of 1-2 nights. The rooms are small but good enough for sleeping. A big plus is the dedicated workspace, which is convenient if you need to get things done. However, it’s not in the city center, so you should know the area beforehand. It worked well for me since I needed this specific location.

The walls are thin enough to hear the person in the next room.

Great location. The apartment looked nice and the other quests were respectful of the house rules. Everything was working. Great wifi.
