Clean apartment and rooms, good value, great communication and instructions.

It would be useful to know when booking that the apartment is on the 9th floor. I came with a bicycle and it was a little awkward getting it up the stairs but ok in the end. (And to be fair, I didn’t check with the property first about which floor it is on).

Good for morning flight as its close to the airport bus stop it was clean

Definitely not good for older people as they would not manage the check in 4 rooms for one shower that is connected to toilet noisy as you are sharing appartment thought these are hotel room when I was booking it but it's jsut one flat. very far from location that is on map here next time I would definitely rather pay extra

The apartment was getting cleaned every day. That is a plus. Concerning the location, it is not bad if you talk about the distance to the old town.

First of all, when arrived at the building there were people hanging outside the door, inside the building and also some had a loud dispute next to the elevator. This makes the building and the neighbourhood feel quite unsafe. Secondly, in order to use the oven you have to ask for permission, the use of the washing machine is prohibited and there was no basic italian coffee maker (the simple aluminium one), only branded coffee machine for pads and of course no pads available... Thirdly, the host was not nice, he asked me to remove wet towels from the hanging device inside the bathroom that is destined to dry them. When I said there is no place to dry them inside the room and in that case I need new dry ones, he gave me new ones, but only after mentioning that normally I can get new towels every 6 days. Is he crazy? Also, during my stay, when we were eating in the kitchen/common room, as eating is forbidden inside the room, he was sitting on the couch and having a loud call with someone making us feel uncomfortable eating in front of him. He is supposed to clean the apartment and leave. Finally, there are cameras in the apartment constantly moving and blinking with a blue light that make you feel very much observed at every moment when cooking, eating, chilling in the common rooms. I do not recommend that place at all for the above mentioned details. Price/value ratio is poor.

The bed linen had smell of pee. At first I thought it's just the pillow that was smelling, moved it away from bed, but the smell was all over the bed. The blanket was used from previous guests and had stains on it, there was no bedsheet under the blanket. I messaged the host to ask for another bed and instead I got an answer that I should check if the smell comes from the streets (we were on 9th floor for a moment) and that nobody in 4 years ever told him that. I should have checked the reviews before, other people also complained about a smell and the lack of bedsheet. Take the constructive feedback as improvement tips instead, professionally. 4 rooms in one tiny apartment sharing 1 bathroom. Passive aggressive notes all over the place, making you feel super uncomfortable. Should I also mention that the neighborhood is sketchy, yeah it's really unsafe. Last but not least, the online check in process. The worst check in I had ever in my life and I traveled a lot! Not practical and time consuming for the guest. I usually travel in minimalistic way, all I have is my backpack and all I'm asking for is a clean bed, and even this basic need wasn't met. He even was rude with us. I don't recommend this place. You can find way better deals out there.

When I booked it I thought it was some kind of hotel or hostel but its an appartement so it was not possible to drop luggage before the check in which I completely understand as there is no reception. There is a washing machine but guest cannot use it You have to ask the owner to use the oven Neighbourhood is a bit dodgy but NOT unsafe Bedsheets and towels had a funny smelling as if they stayed folded for a long time in a drawer
