"Good friendly hotel."

Good hotel with lots of amazing staff. We stayed half board and the buffet selection was good. Lots of attentive staff. Good location with a bus stop outside that goes straight to the airport. Only negative was the shower could do with replacing. It was far too easy for the fitting to come lose and you end up with water everywhere.

"Perfect location"

The hotel is in a very good location by the beach. It's 5 min by car to Santa Cruz and the airport. The rooms are big although a bit outdated. The staff are very friendly and polite, always ready to help. Very good experience

"Great hotel...our second visit."

Large nice hotel..some parts need modernisation but I think this is on going. Some parts renovated from our last stay a year ago. Great choice breakfast. I like the location even though it's very near the airport runway..flights normally end by 10pm...and I love aircraft!! Good choice of restaurants within short walk from hotel.

"Well ran Hotel"

Take care when booking on line, I thought I had booked a room with mini kitchen. But I had booked a standard room. No problem, the room was great with sea view, balcony, and a fridge. I was offered an upgrade, but accepted the offer of a kettle and two cups! Although a large hotel, breakfast was well organised with four coffee machines (good coffee), three areas of hot food. Well, just book your holiday and enjoy!

"Great hotel right on the water"

This hotel was very nice and located right on the ocean in Los Cancajos. The rooms are modern and spacious and very comfortable. We stayed here in the off season so there were more limited eating options at the hotel itself. The included breakfast and dinner buffets are well orchestrated and easily accommodate everyone without a wait, however, food was decent but not amazing. There are lots of other restaurants in the area that you can walk to that are delicious. The three pools looked very nice, but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate on our trip and we didn't get to enjoy them.
