H10 Taburiente Playa

The hotel is midway between the airport and Santa Cruz, you can see both. The airport noise was a concern before going, but we hardly heard a thing as there are so few flights! The hotel was clean and provided everything needed for the stay. The staff were always polite and helpful and spoke perfect English. We were there for my mothers birthday and when we got in from exploring the island the management had left a lovely birthday note and a bottle of Cava for her, I say that's above and beyond expectation. We will certainly return.

Overall it is very good. Breakfast was great. The major problem is that internet connection does not work in the rooms.

Really missed a kettle in room.

I booked this hotel partially because it has air conditioned rooms. Upon arrival I was given a suit without any sign of air conditioning. I was pretty upset about this but they don't have suit that's air conditioned. Luckily the weather is cooperating and it has cool sea breeze in the morning and at night. But don't expect to stay in the room during the day. I think hotel.com should provide accurate information on this. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast are decent. The beach and coast nearby are beautiful. The view is fantastic. But the property seems a little run down and are going through quite some renovation. I would not call it a four star hotel, but the system might be different in the canaries.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, each time we have a delightful stay.

The hotel is comfortable, and very well situated if you want to visit the island in all four main directions. The staff is most friendly and helpful. Good food with plenty of choice (buffet), there is always something that you will like to eat. Excellent value for money. Nice pool area. Only disadvantage: no wifi in the rooms and the available connections are very slow!

Fantastic hotel near the airport and with great location to other destinations - easy commuting by local bus. Hotel is right by the ocean - great view. Food with great variety and convenient time frames. Very spacious this time a year (january) but still busy. Evening Entertainment available, spa and sauna in the hotel. Not much variety on tv chanels - mainly in german and very poor wi fi but in general great value for money.

Hotel location was good, easy to visit many tourist sights. Hotel is very dated, needs an uplift definitely not a 4 star as advertised. Only 2 English speaking TV channels which were both news channels which would have been ok if the wi-fi worked but this rarely worked during our stay and when it did it was very slow. Food was average. I doubt we would stay here again.

The Hotel was awful. there was no heating in the room,Pool bar was closed even though advertised open, Staff not friendly, first room offered in a bad overlooked position, No entertainment, staff unsure of any information, food in restaurant poor and badly presented, All inclusive severely restricted,All inclusive guests were not offered snacks at bar only people paying with room numbers, all inclusive guest were treated like leapers.
