Inn at Big White

The staff was great, location was awesome, and the room was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

This property was very appealing for the price. It is not a true ski in/ski out but its a very short walk to the village center. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

I liked the location and amenities. The staff were very helpful. The Irish Tavern is a good restaurant on site.

The customer service was excellent and beyond my expectations which is the most I like. The thing I didn’t like is there was only one elevator and people have to wait long time during busy morning.

The staff was so helpful and friendly for our whole 3 night stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful spacious room which was PERFECT as it was our son's 4th birthday. We spend his 3rd Birthday at Big White also- this will now be a Birthday tradition. The tubing is always so much fun! Hot tubbing was a great end to the day:) Thank you Inn at Big White for such a great weekend!

The Inn (for the cost) was anything but acceptable. My room was beyond dirty (looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a week) there was pop bottles left by the previous people under the curtains, something red stuck to the ceiling. The dishes provided were dirty as was the kettle. I brought these things to the hotels attention and they only did the bare minimum to rectify the situation. I had a piece of paper shoved under the door stating that the management wanted to discuss the situation with me, I stayed for 3 nights and no attempt was ever made until I checked out. No compensation was ever made nor was it offered.

Really loved Big White and Big White Inn. The inn is just across the road from the main centre, so it's very easy to access, but I wouldn't call it ski in/ski out. The inn is a little older and tired, but super comfortable. The room had a fireplace and a view of the hill below. One of the chairs goes past the window. The food in the pub downstairs is pretty good, although very busy. Reservations are required for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The room is quite dry, had very dry skin at the end of the trip and a sore throat each morning, but that's not too unusual in the cold, dry climate.

It's a hotel that does what it says on the box, its located in the heart of the villiage, very warm and clean rooms, we had a kitchen room which was a good choice, staff were very friendly and helpful, it's a young staff so minimum effort really but effective enough, pool was a nice temperature but the changing areas were basic and a little tired, cold showers but perhaps didn't wait long enough, outdoor jacuzzi nice and big. I would consider it again but probably wouldn't be my first choice, I wouldn't use it for a romantic stay but for skiing was absolutely fine... hope that helps
