Checked out earlier after a month’s vacation here. We are regular visitors to Naples and have spent time here on multiple occasions, as well as at other old Naples properties. Charter Club compares well for value, cleanliness and convenience of location. Equidistant to walk easily to both 5th Ave S and 3rd Street S. Each year we return to find new improvements and an ongoing planned maintenance program which ensure the whole place is kept in good working order, comfortable for guests and importantly, pristine. The cleaning and maintenance staff are fantastic. Any small reported issues are resolved immediately. All areas including communal public and individual units are kept super clean and tidy. It was a pleasant surprise this time to find the provision of Crabtree bathroom products - this is a new and helpful feature. Since the change to Hilton we have noticed that service is more friendly and professional. Yet the basic Florida feel and characteristic of this property remains reassuringly unchanged. The pool area faces out onto Naples Bay, with all its boating activity, a great location, especially for sunrises. Naples beach is just under a mile to walk. The availability of grills, tiki bar, beach kit, bikes and fishing poles is of great benefit too. The units themselves are extremely spacious, including a covered lanai and furniture. Note the provided kitchenware, crockery and glassware package is pretty basic if you were planning on lots of cooking or entertaining. Otherwise hard to fault and we will be back!

This resort is just the right size if you like a smaller resort. It was right by the water. We enjoyed our week-long stay. We had a problem with the fan in the master bedroom making noise and maintenance came quickly to fix it. It was extra clean with a lot of space. The kitchen was stocked well. The dining and living areas were nice sized. Master bedroom was very large with a lot of closet space. There were sliding doors to the screened in patio from both master bedroom and living room. We enjoyed sitting there and having morning coffee each day. The resort has a very relaxing atmosphere, and we would definitely stay there again.

I have been numerous places throughout Florida, and this was the BEST! A small, beautiful, close to exquisite location. The rooms, which have been remodeled, are modern, sleek and comfortable. The view from our unit, was tropical, and the view of the bay was just enough to complete the experience. Although the pool was small, the views of the bay, and the set-up provided all that was needed. Gladys, our bartender was delightful! In order for a vacation to be great, the staff at any given hotel must be customer service oriented. Such is the case here. Everyone was very attentive, and I must give special accolades to two staff that we dealt with on numerous occasions. One of the managers, Isaias Hernandez, was always eager to help with any issue, or question that I had, He was always smiling, and a pleasure to deal with. As someone who suffers from a bad back, as does my traveling companion, Isaias arranged help with suitcases up and down the stairs. Equally helpful and seemingly always behind the desk or the phone, was Alyssa. All made this a memorable vacation, and I applaud Hilton for having such caring staff. We will definitely visit Charter Club Naples Bay again!
