The heated pool, the balcony overseeing the ocean, and distance to the pier.

One of our bed had dirty sheets and red stain that could have been blood on the pillow case. We had to wait for staff to bring new sheets and stayed up later than planned due to the wait.

I Loved the price for location.

The only thing I did not like about the property was the parking situation because it was confusing but, once you get it it’s okay.

I really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the location as it was with in walking distance of all the restaurants and Down town shops melody was also very helpful

The fact that we had to check in at a different property and there was no front desk at the actual hotel, our spa tub was filled and when the jets were started large amounts of black mold started to come out of the jets of the tub, there was rather large holes in the wall behind the door and no safety lock on the door either

Nothing. This place is trash. The receptionist treats you like crap for being bothered about major issues with the stay.

Everything. Place is a dump.

We liked the location and the staff.

The condition of the room was poor. It’s an old motel with some unique features but in dire need of repair/maintenance. Lights either broken or without bulbs, A/C unit emits a squealing noise every 1/2 hour, dead batteries in the remotes, graffiti on the wall in the bathroom, missing/damaged screens, key cards needed changing several times. Mismatched threadbare sheets, funky dirty armchairs. A pain but not a dealbreaker- check in and breakfast at the hotel next door

Property was small. The rooms were outdated room and smell like cigarette. overall experience was horrible.

Worst experience of my life. The rooms were not ready at the time of our arrival. They accommodated rooms with insufficient amount of beds. I had to work with the front desk representative about 4 to 5 times to get the right amount of beds needed. Just when we finally got the right amount of beds and rooms, we learned that one of the rooms had no AC, it was a hot day in Santa Barbara that weekend. So having an ac was much needed. We were so furious that we requested a refund but they did not want to accommodate our request, even though they’re the ones who did not ensure to have the rooms that we had reserved. The representative did try to accommodate, but also made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them. It gave me the impression that they believed they were making us a favor. Plain and simple their Customer service was horrible.
