Horrible customer service, the room was extremely hot, could not leave window open due to no screens on them, bathtub took an hour to drain from a shower, could not access breakfast until an hour past opening, check out was a nightmare, no one at counter and no one answers any of the phone numbers listed at either site. The "air fan" in the room made it so much hotter than leaving it off.Got nooooo sleep! I wished I could get my money back.

The place was amazing the lady who checked us in was so helpful. The beach was across the street walking distance to the pier.

The breakfast could have been better

The room was beautiful we had everything we needed the whole structure was unbelievably beautiful everywhere perfect location I couldn't have asked for better and I definitely will be coming back first chance I get I was completely surprised and impressed how beautiful it all was and location you just can't beat I don't think there's a better place to stay for that price and those kinds of accommodations and everyone all staff were so nice.

It was a very bedroom the lights did not work the internet was down the bed quality mattress is very bad. I do believe that this was a waste of $500 and I would like a refund immediately before I seek legal assistance. I had asked for a refund and I expect booking.com to refund me immediately. The reviews are very bad and you were inconvenienced so much that we had to leave the room in the middle of the night searching for a hotel and paid a lot of money at Hilton. We had no choice both my boys were graduating from UC Santa Barbara. I will never use booking.com and I will definitely be expecting a refund immediately. The staff was not available at the hotel they would answer their phones and hang up on customers. They were short staff. They were unprofessional. One time I was walking towards the office and they saw me and they turn the lights off and lock the door and left the office from the back door by the time I got there. A lot of shady business going on and it made me very very uncomfortable it was very eerie.

Location is beautiful and convenient. There was also free breakfast.

Electricity was going out all night. There was no toilet paper or soap provided in our room. It wasn’t even cleaned correctly with long hair in the restroom floor. They were never at the front desk, so we always had to call a phone number to get any help. Plus the staff was pretty rude. They never greeted us or any other customers that were in line with us. Terrible service overall.

The place is like an old historic house filled with an eclectic collection of antique furniture. Really cool, something different.
