Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center

Our stay wasn’t planned. We missed our flight due to a road shutdown and had to spend the night at the airport. Mohammad and Miriam were accommodating and let us check in early - which was super helpful with our toddler. They provided a full assembled crib for our son and were just wonderful

Sheraton is great choice for a hotel directly at the Frankfurt Airport. Very clean, diverse breakfast, extremely friendly staff, nice spacious room. Thank you especially to Mohammad Al-Abass for its kindness to extend my check-out time. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

On November 2, after 26 days and nine hotels traveling throughout Germany, at around 11 am I wanted to leave my one piece of luggage at the front desk until ckeck-in later that day. Good news; they had a room ready for me (I was pleasantly surprised). I put the bag in the room and then spent half a day visiting Marburg. Upon my return I settled into the room, but soon realized it was uncomfortably cool in the room (9th floor, top floor). I adjusted the thermostat to max only to realize after a reasonable amount of time that the room was not warming; the air coming out of the ceiling vent was not warmer than the air in the room. So I phoned reception and they said they'd send up a technician, which they did. The tech removes a couple of ceiling tiles, applies a wrench to turn something here and there, aims a laser at the vent and says it should warm up within a short while. It DID NOT and nobody phoned to inquire whether the situation improved. So I expected nothing would/could be done with the incoming vent air and so I let hot water run in the shower for quite a while. Sheraton may not have warm air but they do have very hot water. In the end I enjoyed a comfy room, but at the inconvenience of periodically turning the shower on and off. Days later, I completed a Sheraton invitation to rate my experience, followed by an apology and offer for a free breakfast on my next stay. There will not be a next stay at the Sheraton. It was the only hotel on my trip that heating was a problem and the Sheraton cost roughly 70% more than the other nine lodgings.

We stayed at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel and Conference Center during a long layover at Frankfurt Airport. The hotel is located via a connected walkway to the airport. We had a wonderful check-in with Mr. Mohammad Al-Abass. The room was quite large and very quiet. We were able to shower and have a long nap between layovers. The room looked like it was newly renovated and in great condition. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel for a long layover.

The Sheraton Hotel at Frankfurt airport was the first place we stayed during a month-long holiday in Europe. This was our first stay in a Sheraton hotel, and I expected that it would be a fairly luxury hotel. First impressions: everything was exceptionally clean, which I would expect from such a "fancy" hotel. The bed was good and comfortable. The bathroom had all the things you would expect. The most important thing about a hotel right next to an airport is sound insulation. In that respect, the Sheraton was a shining star. We never heard any plane take off or land during the night. The breakfast in their Flavours restaurant was fantastic. What I did not expect was the shower above the bathtub -- those I expect in 2- and 3-star hotels. Admittedly, I don't know how many stars the Sheraton has. There was a fridge in the room, but it was completely empty. That was something I had never seen in any other hotel ever... not even the cheapest ones It did not matter too much... we just had to go down to the restaurant area to get something cold to drink. Two more things were not as expected: first, no extractor fan in the bathroom meant that the mirrors got completely fogged up. Second, the air conditioning did not work properly -- the room stayed too warm despite my efforts to dial down the temperature. Getting an Uber into the city was a pain. The driver did not know where to go to get us so he never showed up and I had to cancel. Eventually, we had to walk to the airport and get an Uber from there. Positives: it was conveniently right next to the airport, which was welcome after travelling for 30 hours. It was clean and comfortable, albeit rather basic.

Location is really convenient as there’s connecting passage way to Airport Terminal 1. Easy checking in , Mr Ankit was very helpful to accommodate our request and he even take the trouble to retrieve my Marriot Membership no. He’s a gem . Room very spacious , bed very comfortable, full facilities and cosy deco . We will come back again . Highly recommended to others .

Convenient, comfortable hotel just across the street from Terminal 1. The clerk at the desk, Mohammed Al-Abass was very helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Very clean and updated rooms, and comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and very helpful. 6 minute walking distance to the terminal.
