Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center

I’ve stayed at this Marriott several times and every time it is an excellent experience. This last time, however, guest relations went above and beyond to assist me! After leaving behind an important personal item, Ehsan ensured my item was packaged and all paperwork was completed so that I could receive my item as quickly as possible. My negligence shouldn’t dictate an emergency for guest relations, but they treated my situation with the kind of care and attention that made me feel important. Thank you Ehsan and guest relations!

A nice Hotel with good rooms and nice courteous staff. Checking in was a good experience and so was stay. Guest relationship person Mr Ehsan needs a special mention as he patiently answered all our queries and also guided us in the right way about how to get around. We'll appreciated. Breakfast needs a bit change. I stayed for 5 days and same breakfast was served all days.

We had a layover for one night. We were a little disoriented and we appreciate the personal attention showed by Ehsan. He made our evening easier. Thanks again.

I stayed here for 6 nights and my experience was very positive. Right from my checkin experience late at night, to the breakfast and in-room dining experiences - I have appreciation to share all the way. The staff are courteous and hospitable and made me feel welcome. I would like to make a special mention of EHSAN - I thank him for his assistance in helping locate my Amazon package which had me a tad worried on the last evening of my stay. I would definitely stay again at this property.

Ehsan Karimpour from guest relations and housekeeping saved the day! My husband and I stayed one night before our flight to the US this week. We were moving back after 6 years living in Germany and from the begining, the Sheraton staff was incredible - helpful, attentive and kind. Upon checkout I left important medicine in the room's refridgerator and didn't remember until in the air. I was frantic and messaged from the plane to a friend who immediately called the hotel for me. It was late and housekeeping was gone but the night staff took the information and by the time we were able to call, Guest relations and house keeping were already aware. Not only did housekeeping not toss it, but they placed it in their fridge and head of housekeeping Gunda Luke personally emailed us to let us know. Ehsan with guest relations began emailed communications with us and facilitated everything necessary to allow the medicine to be picked up by a friend. As Titanium Elite members we have traveled extensively and this Sheraton is in the top 1% of all guest services we have experienced. In addition to handling this issue, the hotel's bell staff transported our luggage, all 7 bags, to the United counter, walking them there on a trolly. This hotel could not be more convient as it is attached to the airport. The junior suite was very roomy and the Sheraton Club was great. Overall, just a wonderful experience at a very stressful time.

After my shirt got dirty from ironing it with the room’s iron the assistant front office manager immediately offered assistance and to cover the costs. He (Mr. Vanja Stojanovic) forwarded the issue to his colleague Mr. Ehsan who delivered a truly 5-star service as one expects at any Sheraton or higher. I truly appreciate this kind gesture from both. Never doubt the quality at this Sheraton. See you next time!

The absolute best place to stay! We stayed here for two nights on the front end of a trip and one night on the back end of the same trip. We flew from Frankfurt so it was a no brainer to stay at the airport. This place is over the top though. There are at least two restaurants, a spa, plenty of lobby space, and a fantastic club room. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ehsan was especially helpful on the way in and out. He gave great information, understood our concerns and handled every question with ease and care. He even gave us chocolates! We will definitely use the Sheraton as a staging stop in the future. It is that good!!!

Connections to flights will be smoother when construction ends. The staff are doing a nice job.
