Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center

I stayed at the Sheraton for business purposes. Given the apt location for fly-in fly-out, on top the hotel strikes with very friendly and helpful staff.

The bell staff walked us to help find car rental, bus terminals, etc. Frankfurt is a large and confusing airport and the staff recognized this and was helpful!

10/10 recommend after a long travel to get some rest. Super clean, extremely comfortable and very friendly staff.

Excellent Airport Sheraton. Very convenient, decent room, easy to get to downtown for a little shopping before my flight. No complaints.

I want to express my deep disappointment with the behavior of the front desk staff during check-in. After entering the room, my in-laws, for whom I had made a reservation, called me to the US, panicking that there was no bed, just a small sofa. I asked them to go downstairs and call me from the reception so I could speak with them in English (my in-laws cannot communicate in either German or English). The lady at the reception said that they gave them an "upgrade" and that she would send a technician to set up a bed. The technician arrived in about 30 minutes with a special key to set up the bed and pulled out blankets, pillows, etc. I am just wondering what type of "upgrade" it was, and what the reception staff thought about in a 4-star hotel, providing two elderly people with no knowledge of a foreign language a room that required additional attention and setup.

Ehsan was really appreciated who helped me out and knew exactly what I needed rather the directions or the needed informations!

Convenient location, walking distance from terminal, nice rooms, delicious breakfast and specially Mr. Ehsan from guest relations was very helpful.

We stayed in early August for one night for my birthday before flying off. The manager at the lounge frontdesk Ms Everlyne Spaete made our stay the most memorable pleasant experience with her very friendly and professional service, also recognising that it was my birthday. Very nice & attentive. Thank you.

Great place to drop into while traveling from the United States to Europe. Flew in and then took a train halfway across Germany the next day and with was a stress free and pleasant experience.

We arrived quite late and were still able to grab a bite at the Eatery. Great service - friendly, fast and delicious.
