Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort

I highly recommend this hotel. It's exceptional from start to finish. The staff go beyond expectations to ensure comfort and needs are met. The breakfast options are extensive and will keep you going all day! We also were given a takeaway way breakfast for check out as we had to leave early. It's extremely clean and well maintained and a gorgeous location. The concierge is on hand to aid commuting and trip planning. The pool, sauna and spa facilities are great. With a health centre and gym also on site. The hotel is not far from the main Kotor town with beautiful scenery along the way. Special thanks to Darshan and his colleagues (didn't catch all names, sorry!) for making us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. Very glad we chose this hotel. We felt like a king and queen!

Beautiful location although remote from Kotor but for a two night stay with spa was ideal

we are really enjoyed from the hotel, the stuff were really nice and helpfull, the hotel is very beautiful, and the breakfast is 10/10. its pretty much far from the center and old city. you should have a car with you. The spa was nice but it was really cold and the pool were not hitted.

Our stay at the hotel is always at the level we expect from this hotel chain. This is our second time staying at the hotel and we are once again extremely satisfied with the atmosphere and service. Admirations for all the staff at the hotel, especially in the restaurant where breakfast was served.

We came on the Special occasion on my Partner's birthday. Right from getting down of the car to packing bags back to home, Hyatt Regency Kotor made us feel like a Home for all the 4 days. When we entered the room there was a surprise wine bottle and Birthday plate and Card ready for us. We got everything more than we expected. About Hotel - The Rooms are so so so beautiful with amazing breathtaking views, Cleanliness on Top priority. Hyatt Regency Kotor have so many Activities inside the hotel that, you won't be surprised if you spend the entire day at hotel accessing the activities. We stayed in King Premium and King Room with Pool and Sea View, believe me the Views were breathtaking with Mountains, Sea and Pool in front of your window. About Staff - All the staffs at Hyatt Regency Kotor are so Polite, Kind and Helpful. You won't feel you are away from your home. Alexsandar was right there when we got down from Taxi, he was so kind and helpful that he straight away took our luggage at Reception. The Check in was so smooth, even when we arrived 2 hrs before check in time. I am sorry I couldn't remember the name who Checked us in. He gave us a Warm Welcome, and offered some drinks. Peter he was such a amazing person, he sat down with us on sofa. And gave us Orientation of entire hotel. He even helped us exploring some parts of Kotor Town. Djuro from Concierge kept us engaged and was very helpful whenever we required him. Angela on Reception she was so Polite and Kind, when asked about the Route to go to Boat Ride from Kotor Town. She straight away adviced us that she can contact them and check if they can pick up from Hotel. She Google the number, Called them and asked them to pick up our guests from the Hotel. That was a very Helpful and Amazing gesture from Angela . Prashansa on Reception she was our go to person, she checked each and every day and time that we are ok, and how can she help more to make our stay happy. She checked each and every small things were ready for us. Tara and Saraswati on Breakfast was Bang on, the way they treated us and took care of us like a Family, How your Mom makes sure you have had everything you want for the breakfast same way they treated us. Tara has got some lovely bunch of colleagues at breakfast everyone was very helpful. Chefs at omelette station was brilliant and Thank you to all the Chefs for preparing some delicious food for the Breakfast. Last but not the Least, SEEJAN was constant delivering Room service to us with her constant smile and always finding a way to make us happy. I appreciate her efforts. I am sorry if I Left some names, because you guys were so awesome and everyone as a Team were so brilliant during our stays that I can't remember all the names as there were lot. To Be Honest, I travel to many places and hotel. I found this place as all In one. Best Team Best Hospitality Best Hotel. Overall Summary Honestly words are less to express how amazing the staff are over here. They looked after us in every possible way be it room service, breakfast, building a connection, helping out in little things, being there with us in every possible way. I can definitely say that, all the staff over here is an asset to the property. And this is what true hospitality is. Even though we were away from home, we never felt that we are away from home. All the staff at Hyatt Regency Kotor is a family to us now. I must say one thing, all the departments here works as one, and that is very rare to see. We will definitely come back, just to see you guys. Very greatfull that we got to meet such amazing people. We have been to many places but haven't seen this polite, understanding and amazing staff. The Breakfast, the food we ordered was wonderful. Honestly it was well balanced with everything. The quality of food was stunning. The most favorite one I would like to mention was the chicken wrap and the Mexican rice on the breakfast buffet. If anyone visiting Hyatt Regency Kotor should definitely try this. Would like to say a Big Thank you to Hyatt Regency Kotor for Hosting us Every one we came across was amazing. Right from stepping into the hotel to going back home it was all very smooth and very delightful. Thank you once again for hosting us and making us feel like a family. We're gonna miss you all.

Beautiful property. Loved private hot tub. Beautiful room with plenty space. Would stay here again despite the long drive from Kotor town.

Fantastic place to stay, very luxurious with stunning views of Kotor bay. Definitely recommend
