Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort

The location of the Hotel is stunningly beautiful and the Hotel itself is a real good property. The Kotor Bay is a not to miss destination and the Hyatt makes that experience even more memorable. Hotel is across the Bay from Town of Perast, a quaint place in the Adriatic.

Not worth the price. Average or below average facility. Staff is good. Normal room rates are very high and you get a lot more luxury at that price in other hotels. Food options and taste is so so. Food and beverage prices were high and you did not feel you are getting that luxury for the price. Nothing to write home about.

Amazing couples hotel. We were blown away by how beautiful this place was. The setting and decor were hard to beat. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Everything is so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world. There’s several bars to choose from and each had different menus if you wanted food too. I can’t imagine coming here with a family because their target market is not children (I’m only saying this because previous reviews have marked down for it which feels a little harsh. Children are welcome but not the focus here) It’s a relaxing, classy vibe. Felt like paradise and we would love to return. If you want to come here with friends and be loud and obnoxious then it’s not the hotel for you. The drinks are pricey but it’s a premium hotel so to be expected. The shop next door has a good selection if you want to stock your fridge. The local busses into nearby towns are very unreliable which meant we paid for taxis way more than we wanted to, but this wasn’t the hotels fault. Overall, amazing stay! Thank you!

Spacious

The resort is only two years old and everything is beautiful. The is plenty of staff to assist with any need. Everyone was very welcoming. I do want to give a shout out to Alexandria on the Lighthouse restaurant . She is the hostess and kept making sure we were happy with the table and the food. Both were outstanding. The setting on Kotor Bay is amazing. Hotel arranged private boat yo take us to dinner in the town of Perast. As a Globalist I was upgraded to a room with a large balcony that had its own hot tub. Food was great at all hotel restaurants. Put this on your bucket list.

This is the best Hyatt Regency in the world. Aside from the beautiful rooms and views, the service is what stands out at this hotel. All employees, but especially the GM and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. WoH benefits proactively offered and honored. Great food and beverages on site. Can't want to come back.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny!

We came to Kotor for a few days and what a gem this hotel is. We were so well looked after from the moment we arrived until we left. All the staff always had a smile and couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfasts were amazing too. And the view……..
