Christina I think that's her name older lady Caucasian with glasses.... She is Miss make it happen she went above and beyond her duty🥰 with it being our first time bought my grandchildren and surprised them for Grammie weekend coming from Columbus Ohio.... The only thing I can say is the kitchen light above only worked once during our entire stay did talk too front desk..... They told me to just leave the light switch on.... The light never came on.... Cant wait too visit again thanks for everything

Room rate average, catering was very good. This stay was for a family reunion. The resort is not newly built so don't expect modern rooms. The rooms are not handicap friendly. The three of us was in an oceanfront condo which sleeps six, but upon entering the room, could not get a travel wheelchair, a walker or the luggage cart past the 2nd bed. The website makes this room entrance look larger than it is. No safety railings in the bathroom, thank goodness we had the walker. No problems with the beds, slept very well. I would not book the rooms again but I would use the catering services. Very good food and Jasper and his team did a great job seeing that our needs were met.

Apprehensive at first because of some reviews, but glad I stayed. Resort well worth the prices. Staff works with you to get most desires situation

Customer service was terrible air conditioner was broke in the room it was hard to get more towels it was our first time there and it was terrible doubt we ever go back

My family of 6 stayed for a week. We started off rough at check in, we were given a room that wasn’t anything near filthy and no where near what I originally booked. Second day they moved us to a much cleaner updated room. It’s convenient to be by the beach. A lot of the pools were closed at times during our stay. Our family spent quite a bit of money that we probably would stay somewhere else

I would not choose to stay here again. The property feels dated and in need of significant renovations, more like a budget motel than a quality hotel. In my opinion, it’s closer to a 2–3 star experience at best. Cons: A huge hole in bathroom door Visible rust on shower bars and door hinges Pools were not well-maintained and appeared dirty No room service available after 5 p.m. The property looks very different from the promotional photos Overall décor and facilities are outdated Pros: Large televisions in the rooms Beds were comfortable While the few positives were appreciated, they weren’t enough to offset the outdated facilities and lack of upkeep.

I have stayed here a few times. The past times were not bad except the bedding one time. This time... the room was FILTHY! I asked for blankets the first night and they told me they didnt have any. There were NONE on the bed nor the pull down bed for my children. I had to go out late at night and buy some after I was told they would bring some up to us. It was just ME AND MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN on a vacation and it was terrible! There was a staple on the floor that I found out by stepping on it. Told the staff the next morning but they asked why I didn't call the night before. I have two small children with me and couldn't even get a blanket for us! I booked two nights and my sister was gonna book the other two nights but after my own stay I told her I could not stay there another night. So disappointed. Took until 2:45 AM the NEXT morning to find a night to stay somewhere else because my children didnt want to end their one vacation for the year. For the price... its totally unacceptable. I could have stayed at the little run down hotel down the road for half the price and did have to and my children had an awesome time there. I also was told I was gonna be refunded and have NOT! There was also bugs in the room and the room we booked had a small kitchen which was very disgusting. I had to use all the towels to clean the floor after pulling out the distrainer to wash any dishes we were using. The staff was also disgusted when I checked out and showed them these photos.

I have been here 3 times, this time I wasn’t so Happy about my stay,but it’s only because of the time and season I came . I usually come in September after Vacation Season.So it was very busy a lot of kids, very crowded, all the pools and jacuzzi’s were full of sand. But other than that it was a decent stay. Moving Forward I will come back during my usual time and season.

Broken phone and blow dryer Spiders on the very pillow that I put my head on Toilet makes noises after flushing Some other clicking noise only heard in the bathroom Frog in bathroom. Yup u heard that right. They gave me a room that was occupied awkward! Twice they tried to get me to tour crown reef, but once they found out, I don’t make 60 K they blew me off First night asked bartender for three shots and paid $11 and change. Second night paid the exact same, and was given one shot and other reviews state watch the bartenders. On balcony somewhere above us, there is constantly dripping water splattering all over you and the furniture and everything day and night.
