had to call for repairs in the bathroom, and the AC is leaking floor. wet for days. Personal are great, friendly, and come soon after call for anything

The property was a bit run down but had great pool area and had great beaches. Also a bit hard to get around inside the property. Plus you had to pay for parking. Rooms were nice.

Everything was great except my bed. It was hard i could only sleep 2 hrs then start hurting. But the 1 of 5 hottubes helped that.

Not only were the staff rude and disrespectful, the room that was supposed to be the same as I booked, was nothing like what I received. The room was dirty, there were bugs, and the layout wasn’t what I booked. All the hidden fees and taxes that the hotel added costed me over $400 more than what the website told me I would pay. It was over all a horrible experience and I will never book with them again
