Pool options great, on beach

We just got back from a short three night trip. We had a standard room which was perfect for our short stay. Overall our stay was great. We loved the amenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy rivers. The resort is also right on the beach which was great. They had a DJ playing music outside which we enjoyed. Location wise we loved being a four minute drive from the airport. We did not feel the need to rent a car. We do wish we stayed closer to the sky wheel and boardwalk but we used Ubers and it was not an huge inconvenience. Prices were fairly cheap and Ubers were readily available. The resort itself seems a little outdated. There was only one elevator that seemed to work so getting to and from the room would take over ten mins at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Amazing

The room was dirty, had to by a swiffer mop to clean the room after arrival due to sandy and black floors with constant water seeping through the floor. The odor coming from behind the trundle bed smelt like pure BO. One elevator did not work properly, for a non smoking facility, couldn’t hardly sit on the balcony for the smell of marajuana. No room service cleaning, have to take your own trash out, and pay for daily parking on top of the resort cost. Check in/out staff was very rude, and non-communicative. Have stayed at the landmark several times in the past, but this will definitely be the last.

When we checked in we couldn’t get in our room. Had to move to another room. Some lights were not working. We got stuck in the elevator twice. Very disappointed in Landmark Resorts.

Room smelled like sewage, had to switch rooms 4x to finally find 1 room to stay in. Hallways/ elevators were nasty with trash and dirty floors. Indoor lazy river was cloudy and nasty looking.

We enjoyed its close proximity to the beach and outdoors/indoors pool. The room wasnt completely cleaned when we got there.

The first room I got, I went in there and the rug was soaked by the air conditioning and it smelled like mildew. I went back down and requested another room and it was 100x better. It is very busy especially during check in. But other than that I couldn’t complain.

I enjoyed my stay. The entire staff was so friendly and pleasant. Cherish was very efficient and so pleasant while checking me in for my stay.
