No parking in the hotel parking lot need to park a block away and take a walk back over hair in the tub hair in the beds rusted air conditioners

Really liked all the pools and hot tubs

Very dirty room hair everywhere tub was nasty had to use a towel to be able to take a shower and tub was clogged

Awesome family resort with excellent staff. Great location! Two lazy rivers, one indoors and one outdoors and a great water park!

We have stayed here 2 times. And it's been great. Love the comfort of the rooms. We actually left Panama because it was terrible and came here and loved every minute of it. Will definitely return

How easy it was for everything you needed

I went to this hotel for the weekend. I am from New York. The first room they gave me. Had towels all over the floor and pizza boxes in the sink. The next room was ok but the kitchen light kept cutting off. The lazy river didint work. The hot tubs water was brown. There is no room service and we didn’t have any wash rags and face towels. Never again!!!! Plus only one restaurant was open for dining.

Stayed many times not as nice as it once was.

My first room TV didn’t let you view channels they had to bring new TV because previous person had locked all the channels , Roach in bathroom, room was older, but front desk lady fixed me up with a great room after that and my last 3 days were great.

Property was very outdated and dirty The workers manage to do the best they can with the conditions they have. Overall I was ok . I would not stay again
