Zoetry Curaçao Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We spend time at zoetry for our Anniversary And i can say that it was well enjoyed The food was pretty average but enjoyable the room were clean we have no complaints A shout out to the bartender latoya and the amazing gentleman from the ENT team Rayion they made our trip more enjoyable

The resort was exceptionally clean. The staff ( or family as they call themselves) were very pleasant and helpful. The food was incredible and portions were perfect. One recommendation would be a better check out system. 1 - the policy says that there is no specific check out time but no one informed us that our keys to the room were automatically disabled at 11:45am. We came back from lunch at the pool to collect our bags to go to the lobby to get our bus at 12:30pm but could not get into the room. Had to go to the office, reactivate our keys and get our bags. During that time, no one asked if we needed our bags brought to the lobby. We carried our own bags which had to be carried up the stairs. Ingo, the bartender in the lobby, saw us and quickly came to carry our bags for us. A big thank you to INGO. This is an easy fix. This was one of the nicest resorts and experiences we have had in all our years of traveling and we will definitely come back to this beautiful Resort.

Zoetry Staff need customer service training.

The majority of female staff were so rude. They would whisper and talk about you directly in your face. They paid little to no attention to your requests and acted as if you were a bother . I waited two hours for my room to be ready, after paying $170 for an upgrade . No one communicated as to why this took place for my reservation was known beforehand . The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful and was only interrupted by the lack of service from housekeeping. Pillows smelled like mildew (like when you don’t dry something properly) & I complained every day and the situation was only rectified once in a 6 day stay. I even went as far as to remove the pillows and put them on the floor and they just put them back on the bed. They were extremely lackadaisical in their work and urgency in any matter. It’s not worth the money whatsoever. I only went to breakfast twice due to the attitudes and stares from some of the female staff. It made me so uncomfortable as a solo traveler

Our stay at zoetry was really great. We had a fun time. Me and my friends came for one of their birthdays and we really enjoyed ourselves. The environment is very calm and soothing and for relaxing. It was really perfect. Another great part of our trip was the service especially the entertainer at the pool RAYION. He was really great. He provided fun games and a fun experience and also the bartender Jason was really good. Our overall stay was great despite there being some bumps everything worked itself out.

From the time you walk in the resort you feel love. Dyantelly and Janea make it feel that way. The Ladies in the welcoming office at check in are all phenomenal. I went for my birthday, and they shared it with me and made it special. The young bartender in the lobby was amazing. If you stay here the upgrade on liquor is a most and you have to visit dreams if you want to turn up a little bit. The young men who drive the golf carts from property to property were friendly and helpful. Ok food could be a little better with more options but all in all. The service makes this place a hit !!! Oh the rooms are huge we had the walk out pool view on first floor with day bed a whole vibe.

Please do not stay here. It is understaffed and very low quality. The only good thing about the hotel is the rooms but if you want an all inclusive experience, this is not the one. If you stay on the island, just go to a hotel or airbnb. The wait times for everything was very long and the drinks will not be flowing. You have to wait a very long time for everything and once you get your food it will be very underwhelming/bland

The bar tenders (Jason and Chris) and the golf cart driver (Dom) were the best. They truly care about the customer. I would absolutely give 4.5. Only small complaint was the amount of weeds/leaves etc that got into the pool and it wasn’t always clean. Otherwise the resort is amazing!

Despite some negative review we read we decided to give Zoetry a try and were left wondering why all the negative reviews? The hotel is beautiful with great service, food and drinks. The rooms are spotless and are cleaned twice a day. We used the beach across at Dreams property which is about a minute away by golf cart which is readily available until 11pm daily. We ate at both Zoetry and Il Mar which is adults only property on the dreams side. The beach is very clean and the water is crystal clear which is great for snorkeling. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time.

Great relaxing resort and amazing staff. Food was great too! Our room was immaculate and we had no issues during our stay
