Location and room size.

Undergoing redecoration, and Snagging certainly needs doing Missing items from Tea / Coffee tray visit to un maned reception Arrived back at 11.00pm Hotel was shut, no bar facility and reception call a mobile

Room size

Two single beds pushed together, not a double as advertised, no fans in room extremely hot

Lovely building

The access random people had and fitted loud equipment

The staff particularly the receptionist at night was fantastic, rooms clean and great size

Great location and beautiful old building

We have found a chocolate wrapper in the bin

Room was good, nicely decorated. Location of hotel good, and parking for Disaabled was easy, view over park was pleasant

The evening meal was poor, and cold "Sunday Roast " vegetables do not sit well with Salmon in Cream Sauce there was nowhere to put cases in the room, and access to lift was pretty awful, a long walk to the restaurant, and door to Garden room was not always accessible.

Good location, nice place from the outside

The rooms were like saunas, especially the bathrooms. I brought my own fan thank the Lord. Bedding had stains, toilet never saw a cleaner

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Loved the garden

We only had one night wished it had been longer!!!
