The door didn't work and I got stuck in the bathroom for an hour or so until I started banging on the door to get some assistance also I came to the hotel in the middle of the night the staff were not kind they were actually very rude and after asking them to eat away refer to me as a child which I found very offensive that was a funky OTA in the hallway it did not feel modern it felt very old that was dust everywhere and the bed was not comfortable at all it wasn't even a king size bed it was just too single beds put together to make a king size in short will never be staying here again

Age Staff were Lovely Breakfast was nice

The Bed was So Uncomfortable I woke every morning with a sore back

Conveniently located in town In very close proximity to the Banbury Cross and The Fine Lady statue Clean tastefully furnished interiors Front office staff were welcoming and eager to help The garden was a great place to unwind

The garden could do better with much more seating especially towards the back

Great location. Nice refurbished rooms. Excellent breakfast, inexpensive with good choice. Staff very helpful

Not many staff around

Hallways are tired with stained carpet. The room we were given in the old part was a lovely size with a modern bathroom overlooking the street. The room was very grubby with layers of dust on some parts and even a used make up pad! The carpet had lots of bits so don’t think it had been hoovered. We did complain to reception but there was no housekeeping team available, reception were apologetic and gave us a free drink. They also arranged for a room change but that was not much better so we stayed put. I did shower in my socks though as didn’t want my clean feet to stand on the carpet! The reception seating area was nice as was the bar area. The grounds could do with a little attention as well. We did have a meal in the evening in the restaurant which was ok as was breakfast. Would not return though

Noise when others let there room doors shut , no air conditioning in room , fan was very noisy , bin in bathroom had not been emptied, not enough parking for people staying at hotel

It’s spotless and the room was excellent, very well maintained and great breakfast. Parking was safe and secure for two motorbikes.

The room was lovely and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful
