"Un rêve de calme absolu dans une ambiance mallorquine"

La qualité du service du personnel, les repas (diner, petit déjeuner), la décoration, le massage effectuée par une super masseuse.

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir garer son véhicule à proximité dû au stationnement de la ville. De ne pas avoir demandé si nous étions en situation de handicap car notre chambre n'était accessible que par un escalier pentu et quelques marches ensuite dans celle-ci.

Despite being in town centre it was extremely quiet. The hotel was very nicely decorated. We were given a complementary room upgrade and bottle of wine for our honeymoon. The staff were very welcoming, professional and knowledgable about Pollenca.
