Room 12 needs better lighting in the bathroom (for makeup) and great to have a full length mirror, but maybe position it so that it’s useable

It was subtlety elegant. Just so lovely. Everything about the place was absolutely super - the decor, the staff (a big shoutout to Krasi, Joseph & Hayden) & the food. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone traveling to Pollença or their sister hotels in Palma.
