We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made the experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for.

Very pretty hotel in the old town of Pollenca

Had a few issues with the staff with regard of the payment via Booking.com in advance to our trip. In addition, the staff in the restaurant & by the pool were not very attentive and only became helpful after being prompted.

Everything about the hotel was super comfortable, clean and had a beautiful aesthetic. We were there during a heat wave and especially appreciated the strong AC! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful too.

The pool area could use an extra umbrella or two. We were there during a heat wave where the tempreature was higher than 90 degrees every day, so there were a few afternoons where we would have liked to spend time at the pool but opted to relax in the room because the shady spots at the pool were occupied.
