It was ok just the customer service was not. It was terrible, the girl in the desk looked like she didn’t wanna be there at all.

I asked for an extra pillow since the ones in the bed were flat and they said they didn’t have any.

"10 out of 10 would not ever go again"

The first room had blood all over the wall, the replacement room. The air conditioning didn’t work and paint was peeling in the bathtub and everything seemed to be falling apart. The third room smelled like mold.

Everything! Except for the front office stuff was nice. But I’m still waiting for my refund.

The restaurant and hotel are close to each other.

I told the staff that there was no microwave in the room, and they said they would send one. However, even after an hour, they did not bring the microwave, and when I asked twice when they could bring it, their attitude was very unpleasant.
