Complex is very big containing lots of rooms all different sizes and only 3 stories high, they are very nice and clean and comfortable, we did however have to carry suit cases up stairs as there are no lifts, and as I am 66 and my husband 70 this year it was a challenge, we came as family of ten, there are 3 restaurants which were all ok, always found something to eat, although desserts were same every night, but plenty of fruit on offer although no bananas. There was unfortunately a bug going about which my husband got on third day here, then my granddaughter then my grandson and myself, didn’t affect rest of family, but as there are hundreds of kids there not surprised some were ill especially when kids are handling food then not taking it. Pools are fantastic although we had code brown 3 times while we were there in the baby pool, and shut down for an hour. The splash pool was great for little ones they had a blast. Drinks were ok quite a variety from hot to fizzy to alcoholic. Entertainment was great for kids, they had trampolines, bouncy castles, ride on bikes, games room, all at extra costs, bingo at 9 every night which was 12 euros for six although the winnings were very good, but you could split tickets up and kids could play, They had big sand pitch for playing volleyball and 3 of ours played every night with other kids and loved it, also football pitch. Definitely brilliant place for kids but make sure to take plenty of spending money. All in all kids had a fab time.

Arrived and the room was so dirty, towels had what looked like dry blood on them etc, changed room still dirty again bedding has stains on of nail polish/ also dry blood again, cleaners aren’t the best tbh, they take your dirty towels and don’t put new ones in this has happend a few times while we have been here 10 days… no new toilet roll we have had to ask, previous guests dirty hairs all over the bathroom and bottom of the toilet.. used our dish sponge to clean the ash tray!!! No straws, ‘clean’ cups smell of larger, FOOD is a 3/10 it is the same thing everyday even in the reasturants, while sitting around the pool with the bubble in they have rehearsals during the day and play the same song 100x over which can be annoying, and the water slides have cut my child’s bum aswell as my partners(the multicoloured ones) they are really sharp going down them so avoid unless you have long shorts on maybe.

First day of family holiday Hotel ok nice area not perfect but what you would expect for an all inclusive resort however kettle does not come as standard so you have to hire not a major issue until , So paid the 36 euros for a week a little expensive but it is what it is important to advise 10 euros is a returnable deposit. Paid the fee and they couldn't provide cups so asked for a refund paid in cash so 1 minute after the original transaction very simple process so you would think couldn't be further from the truth. So paid in cash but refunds can only be made by bank transfer how that work's I not sure so pay in cash and have to waite for 3-5 working days for the refund by bank transfer bizarre to say the least . Be warned all inclusive in this resort is not what you get the majority of what I have expected as standard for all inclusive, Customer service is way below the standard I would expect . As you would expect as normal it seems family's with children are being penalised as standard excessive costs and overcharged cost for extras and poor customer service as standard.

Honest review We have just come back from our stay. Pools are amazing cold but once you’re in it’s fine. Always full sun beds are a bit of an issue if your not down early, last couple of days we notified towels been taken off sun loungers by putting staff and left under where the lifeguard sit. The lifeguards were amazing. They were totally on the ball and were very quick at being there helping with kids who have cut themselves patching them up or a witnessed a lifeguard jumping in and saving a little child because they’ve got too far in the deep end also they were amazing with the kids having a laugh and egg in the morning and pushing them in if they wanted to be pushed in which my children were always up for that and there was one lifeguard who was dancing away with them and my kids absolutely loved him and always looked for him during his shift when he was on the main pool. The rooms were okay we were put on a 1st floor and they didn’t have the pull-out bed which is shown in the photos which was a bit annoying due to us being a family of five but we worked around it. We had a 14 week old baby with us and we did ask to be moved only 4 days later they could of moved us but was other side of resort and as we were with family we wanted to be close to them. The maids were hit or miss some days they were amazing and cleaned everything and it was spotless and other days it lacked. For instance one night we got hit with sickness and next day you could clearly see the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also as a family of five they only left us two big towels and a couple of occasions and we never got left any toilet roll, which meant we have to continuously go up to reception to get more toilet roll as we had ran out. We went to all three restaurants and the snack bar and we found the pizzeria and the staircase Grill place the best to eat in in our opinion the pizzas are to die for. The breakfast are amazing as well we did get a couple of days where the meat wasn’t cooked fully through, but when they’re cooking on that mass something is buying to slip the net so we just always checked our meat. I was always in abundance of fresh fruit and the salad and bread so was something there for everyone also there was always pasta in the pizzeria. We did see on a couple of occasions kids going to the ice cream and sprinkles and putting the spoon from the sprinkles into their mouth full of sprinkles and then putting it back into the sprinkle jar while parents were watching which isn’t the cleanliest so I stopped my children being able to use the Sprinkles straightaway once I noticed that. The ice cream shop which isn’t in the all-inclusive is amazing. We visited a a few times throughout our stay and the guy that works in there is so friendly my Little child wanted one ice cream and then once I paid he then decided he didn’t want that ice cream and he wanted a different flavour of ice cream and the guy was so amazing and just gave him the other flavour free of charge which was so not needed so I tipped him how much it was gonna cost for the new one and he was always had a smile on his face and was so polite with the Children he is a credit to Bouganvilla. Also Karlos who works at the bar which isn’t all inclusive bar in the entertainment in the evening was amazing the picture cocktails which aren’t on the all-inclusive. I totally worth it. The strawberry daiquiri and the mojito are to die for and it’s amazing cause you get a free refill on the pictures so you’re getting four cocktails for €14.50 which is amazing in my opinion. The entertainment is amazing. The bouncy castles are in €12 to get on both bouncy castles from 7:30 and 10:30 the bumper cars are €4 each there’s a game room and there’s a huge sandpit and also they have the trampolines which I cant remember how much it was. One negative thing I would say is people smoking substances in the tent and around the pool around the kids I understand that it’s legal but in a family resort I just don’t think it should be sold in the shops as those young kids being around that. Also there seem to be a lot of teenagers and older kids running around late in the evening without their parents and they run past the apartment and we’re banging windows which Isn’t needed due to them not knowing who is in that apartment. I do know the lady who was under on the ground floor near us that happened to them and it scared their little girl. The two supermarket shops on site are really good. if you do bring your own floats you can inflate them at the spar free of charge as the air is just outside which is really good to know as there’s been so many mixture of reviews but you totally can. The train bus that takes you down to sa coma is amazing. The driver is very nice and it’s very good although it is like a free for all coming back and we were standing in the queue and had to miss a train because everyone just barged in front of us to get on and I was standing with a buggy which wasn’t very good. The water park was okay but my children didn’t want to go on any of the slides so we didn’t bother. They have photographer that go round and you can get a family photoshoot which we did but they are €11 per photo and unless you buy 50+ photos the deals they try and sell you aren’t amazing. They are good sales people and try make it sound amazing but found them abit pushy.

Breakfast was nice, only complaint was temperature of food

Rated a 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in rooms. You have to hire a kettle, at 26 euros a week. Which takes ages to boil. Safe hire is expensive at over, 40 euros per week. Food in restaurants is always, cold or lukewarm. Microwave only in one restaurant, and was often dirty inside. There are no lifts to rooms, only stairs. Adult entertainment does not start until 10pm. Which is too late. The hotel is good for children, but not adults. Reception staff book hired equipment, to the wrong rooms. So you have to fight, to get your deposits back. Check your receipts before leaving Reception. There is a good hotel bus service, to Sa Coma every 15 minutes. Watch out for ignorant people queue jumping. This service is good, as the hotel is not in a central area. Personally I would not go back to this hotel.

1 star is being generous with this hotel - travelled as a group of 5 adults 4 kids and each and every one of us has caught norovirus. Put my daughter and partner in hospital in Majorca on Monday, despite advertising that there is a doctor on site we still had to pay hundred of euros for a doctor to assess them. Food was horrible, found hairs in food on multiple occasions, bugs in our bed, mould in the bathroom in our room and reception very unhelpful when you needed anything especially a doctor. If you want a week from hell this is the place for you.

We purchased a family holiday through a travel agency with Tui, all inclusive 5,000euros for a week. The service was poor here on arrival at reception we were given a map th trying locate the "apartment " The accommodation was dreadful dirty and uncomfortable beds. . when we arrived down to the buffet we had to que for approximately 1hr. Honestly the food was pretty bad, covered in flies !! we wouldn't return here .

I payed for safe 50 pound and they only give you 10 back i had hard plastic stuck in my throat while eating there food tried speaking to chef couldnt understand english and couldnt find tui rep
