Me and my partner had an amazing stay at this resort. Staff are absolutely amazing and kept us very entertained, value for money was also good, wasn’t at all noisy after 11pm so we were always well rested. Only reason I have given it 3 stars is because of the hygiene of the rooms, recently stayed in room 48 and it could just be a one off but it didn’t look or feel clean.. There was what only looked like human excrement on the sheets, and on our third we found a used prophylactic under our sofa bed that was revealed as we put the bed out so we could lie down and watch TV. After speaking to cleaners we got it sorted out and was offered a free boat trip in the town as they were very apologetic. Safe to say we will not be rebooking this resort.

Reason for 3 stars: - kids playground located within aquapark so closed by 6pm. - every kid pool with slides had enormous number of water squirters or other splashers. So kids not keen to be constantly splashed had nowhere to play. There was tiny area either tiny pool but to get into kids had to jump from 30cm edge. Do no slopped entry for those less able to jump. - air con in the room barely worked. Despite blinds beeing closed all days - sometimes heat in the room was unbearable. (With A/C set to 18) Forget of quiet time in the room. The door were barely covering. Bathroom entry. Jeez the worst part of the room. To enter you needed to open wide as huge sink was taking most of the entry point. You couldnt open wide as the door then was stopped by the toilet. So I wonder how a bigger person would squeeze in. Pros Few restaurants with lot of different food options. Mostly targeted at British customers. Two shops on site so easy to buy needed essentials. Very convenient shuttle bus to the beach.

Do not go to Delaneys terrible food terrible service. We tried to put a bad review with the hotel for recommending this restaurant and the hotel blocked our account for telling the truth about the restaurant. If you want a decent restaurant go to the kings head for drinks sports and other interests did not try the food there but a much better experience overall

We went here at the beginning of may and we had a fantastic time. Yes we had a few days of rain but it didn't bother us at all... There's so much to do, the entertainment is great, the pools are great, the staff are lovely. Yes the food is repetitive but the pizza place is great there lots of options and the BBQ place is open all day till 11pm at night... The all inclusive is so worth it even just for the drinks.. The staff work non-stop and are very friendly, room is cleaned everyday fresh towels... We had such a great time in the different pools and the kids really enjoyed it... We would definitely go back here... We stayed in a 5 star before and felt this one was the same just needs updating a bit but with the water park and variety of pools, the food was all pretty similar...

This hotel is a middle of the ground hotel, with both good and bad points. Good points; . All communal areas are cleaned regularly throughout the day . Pools are large . Multiple pools for everyone . Food is available more or less all day at one or both restaurants . Water park had a good selection of slides . Hotel looks nice . Location is good, close to the beach and there is a bus which operates which picks you up outside the hotel and can take you to the beach . Car rental shop attached to the hotel so you can hire a car and head into Palma for a day . Provided with an optional second pillow and quilt . Whilst food was ‘samey’ it was still good when it was hot Bad points . Food is a hit and miss, sometimes it was cold . When a particular food ran out they didn’t replace it . Drink machines in restaurant constantly not working for any meal . They give you a token which you can exchange for a plastic cup in order to get drinks from the bar, if you forget them the servers are very rude and won’t replace it or give you a drink . Pools are freezing (April/May) . Nothing for babies, the park was old, worn, wood was rotten, hole in the floor with two cones over it. . Curtains in bedroom were full of holes . Aircon doesn’t work so you have to open the door but the entertainment is on late so if you can’t shut the noise out, you’re not sleeping . There is no cupboard space, not in our room at least Overall the ‘bad’ points didn’t ruin the holiday, these were just things I noticed as we still had a good time, these biggest issue was the aircon though as it gets very stuffy at night.

La comida en el buffet regular y cada día hay la misma. La habitación pequeña para 3 personas. Mí hija de 7 años durmió en el somier de abajo del sofá. arras de suelo y nosotros no podiamos pasar al baño. teníamos qué pasar por encima del sofá.
