Customer service was terrible. Light kept going off, and no water. When I asked for help to fix these issues, they did not want to help, they denied switching rooms

Gorgeous pools, all with swim up bars. Beautiful, green property. So many places to relax. Great having access to all three resorts. Loved the rooftop jacuzzi. Gym was nice. Fun little casino. Loved the adults only pool at night. Plenty of chairs on the beach. Top con would be the food. Buffets were average but we didn’t go hungry. We were only able to get dinner reservations at the restaurants 2/5 nights. Wish there were healthier options and more snack/quick options on the beach & by the pool.

Property was well kept. Transportation was accessible. Most Staff were kind and attentive with many not so much. Food was terrible. Buffets with not much variety and concerns with cleanliness in handling food especially the bread section. Will not return to this location.

They can have more activities

Muy exigente con la vestimenta para entrar al buffet hasta el que está al lado de la playa,no aceptan camisetas en los hombres,los masajes de pésima calidad.

I didn't like that during the weekends they completed the hotel with too many people and the service turns really bad.
