The Rooms smells like there’s a lot of humidity, transportation around the property is not good.

Excellent and very welcoming all staff kind n efficient at everything!! Beaches and food five stars so many options Definitely coming bk And thank you to Dilson at check in For going that extra mile and finding a first floor room for my elderly parents

We stayed for 2 weeks and I got sick twice. The 2nd time I got very sick and needed an IV and was transported via ambulance. It was pretty aweful and I was not an isolated incident. Many people got sicke while we were there. Not sure what's going on with their food prep, but my wife also got sice as well. This was on our honeymoon. The rooms themselves were nice and pools were nice. Food tasted good, but you took the risk of it killing you. The doctor suspected I had E-Coli or Salmonella. Proceed with caution! Stay away from any and all fish even if it's cooked.

The property was lovely and maybe a bit too large. They did have continual carts driving around to take you to wherever you wanted to go on the property. It took us awhile to figure out the property and we were eventually able to walk wherever we wanted to go. The public washrooms were a bit of a disaster, not very well maintained but the rooms were excellent with daily cleaning. There are a number of buffets there. The restaurants were a bit difficult to find seats available. It is well advised to reserve them in advance.

Staff was great but the property needs some updates and a better selection of food.

Good Place to Stay. Rooms are a bit outdated but the staff is very good and friendly. Not top tier but a decent place to stay.

Overall, we had a great stay. There’s always food to choose from and we never went hungry. There were a few mishaps with the front desk and cleaning staff. We were given a double bed room on our honeymoon and it took many visits to the lobby to fix that we wasted almost a whole day on it, because each person we spoke to said “come back at *a specific time* which we had to come back 4 separate times to switch rooms, but our bellhop came to the rescue. We left super early for an excursion and forgot to tip so our balcony door was left open and dirty sheets were put on our bed. One night, at 8:30pm we had a cleaning lady show up saying “they want me to make the room” when we had our room cleaned that morning and we’re leaving the next. Earlier the same day, our key cards no longer worked to get in our room. But these didn’t ruin our vacation, the resort is huge with so many different options for food, pools, beach. The spa was amazing, the ocean was crystal clear and beautiful. No bugs on the resort. It’s really all you can ask for once you take away our minor issues.
