Grand Palladium Select Bávaro - All Inclusive

Staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating! Great dining options and great variety of pools and beach spots to lay back and relax unlike many other resorts that have 1-2 pools and you feel like everyone is overly crowded in one spot. This is a beautiful resort and I will definitely be back!

Our check in took 3 hours because they didnt have the room we paid for available. The beach area is too small. The staff was ok.

Our stay started off poorly with a frustrating check-in process. The front desk agent repeatedly questioned if I had just arrived, going back and forth between the desk and back office without providing any explanation. Despite having completed online check-in and showing confirmation, I was asked for my documents again with no clarity on what was wrong. This lack of communication set a negative tone. The room itself could use updates, as it felt outdated. Our door handle was broken, leaving us trapped inside until a family member helped us get out. Reporting the issue multiple times to different staff members didn’t expedite the repair, which was incredibly frustrating. Guest service was disappointing, with noticeable preferential treatment for foreign guests. As a native of the Dominican Republic, I couldn’t help but feel overlooked. For instance, a waiter provided excellent service to a nearby Caucasian family while we were left waiting for assistance. Housekeeping was fine until the last day. I returned to my room around 4 PM, and despite having the service sign on the door, the bed hadn’t been made. When the housekeeper knocked, I assumed she’d clean the room, but she looked at me and said, “At this time?” I called the front desk, only to be told that service wasn’t limited to mornings, but I just requested extra towels to avoid further frustration. This was by far the worst experience for us. Room had giant roaches 2 nights in a row. Door lock was faulty and locked out of room for 1 hour and no one ever came to fix. No food reservations, no spa reservations even though we were tricked to attending a lengthy members club presentation. Super slow transportation within the resort. Promised to have decorations in room for daughters birthday multiple times but nothing. Don’t think about booking here! We almost missed our flight since the lobby is far and you need transportation to pick you up within the grounds but they came super late. Wife has food allergies and vegetarian. Food was so bad she only ate fruits and rice. Never coming back and telling all my network to stay away from this poor service hotel! We were constantly lied to and told they’d make things right and never did. I’ve left this same review for them with a response that they will work on it…but they didn’t work on anything while we were there. Avoid this place!

Although they advertise 12 restaurants, None of them were available to book during our 4 days stay. When you go to the front office or guest relations they absolutely don’t care.

Best service First day has issue with room Cleanliness but manager was best he changed room and afterwords got best service

Grounds and staff are nice. Limited entertainment and what you can find is only in Spanish. Very little entertainment at pools

Needs more transportation methods even if you are not a member..
