Greeted with Welcome drinks and staff that was attentive. Be sure to check your room throughly while you’re getting settled in. Book excursions and dinner early to plan ahead.

The room we originally checked into had Bedbugs. Thankfully we heard the neighbors complain so checked our bed before sleeping in it. The staff did not care. The food was average at best, the facilities are dirty, and the drinks watered down.

Service has completely changed over the years for sure, We stayed for 6 nights, service was terrible very rude personnel. However very maintained area of the property, clean. Transportation all over the resort was very annoying to wait for all the time, better off walking all over the place. Buffet was also very typical, not too many options. You need reservations for every restaurant in the resort which is very annoying and at the beginning of our stay we were not informed of this therefore we could only visit 4 restaurants out of the many that they had. Rooms are outdated as well so if you’re looking for something more new and modern this resort is not for you. Also, get ready to get harassed every five minutes at the beach with the local sellers.

Resort was great. Food was okay. We booked two rooms and it was difficult to get dinner reservations right after we checked in. We ended up only getting two dinner reservations over a week. Beach was excellent. Pools were amazing. I would stay again. The resort has a lot of potential.

We selected this resort for our family reunion over Thanksgiving, and we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the music, entertainment, food, and staff. For those who appreciate Latin music and cuisine, this resort offers an excellent option for your next vacation.

Large landscaped area, excellent houses, a lot of greenery around, helpful and friendly staff, service, beach, variety of restaurants and bars. Inconvenient restaurant booking system, everything is always busy, it is advisable to diversify the menu on the all-inclusive system. excellent hotel. recommended!

Excellent place to stay ! I recommended

We had a great time and the resort is beautiful. My biggest complaint was the we ordered room service through the app and by phone 2 times and it never showed up. The staff is quick to round about you to another person who that’s their “area to help” but then you never actually get the help. There are also huge gaps in the availability for convenient food. If you don’t want the breakfast buffet you have to pay a fee to get room service. And then lunch doesn’t start until noon but there’s really no easy place to get something and go to the pool or beach. For an all inclusive huge resort I found casual food and dining to be very difficult.

Everything was awesome except our hot tub didn’t work. Kinda bummed but the place is awesome.
