4 roaches in my room. Says sports bar is open 24 hours is not so I had to wait 4 hours after my flight landed to eat. Food was undercooked. No maid service for two days even when I called and asked.

Having stayed at many all inclusive, this one will go down as the worst. We do a yearly trip with 16-20 people every year, unfortunately 4 out the 16 this year got food poisoning, spent a day in they’re rooms violently vomiting, the rest with had bad stomach cramps and really bad diarrhea ruining many of the groups days since they couldn’t travel far. We’ve all run into diarrhea at all inclusive but not this bad with cramps and it is clearly due to the food on the resort. The food was horrific and due to the issues with our friends we were all cautious when selecting anything We tried the Mexican and steak house which were the better of the meals we had, the Argentina rest we walked out of as it took 45 to get our food and when it did show up was so rare for what we ordered medium rare. None of the staff were friendly at the service bars or smile. Some of them around the pools were better but the lobby bar staff is so slow and disorganized. I found the Punta Cana lobby the best even though we were booked at the bravaro We upgraded to the roof top room with the jacuzzi and bed. The room it self was fine but definitely not worth the upgrade as we turned on the jets and hair all came out, our other friends it was full of bugs when they turned there’s on so none of them were used. The group is talking about going to the palladium in Jamaica next year since a few have done it but I can say I’ll pass on any Palladium property. They are going to kill someone with there food safety

It is very old building, phone wasn’t working, room smell very humid and it took two days for a room change The reception person we encountered after our flight was delayed more than 3 hours was very arrogant and only talk to my husband, he refused to talk to me, I actually believe he gave us the worst room there was The food was very average, not happy at all

The check-in process was a disaster. Despite reserving accommodations for five family members, we were assigned two rooms located far apart, which was incredibly inconvenient. Our dining experience was equally disappointing—we were denied entry to a restaurant for being “too informal,” even though others dressed similarly were allowed in. Who goes to the beach in formal attire, anyway? Making restaurant reservations was nearly impossible as everything was supposedly booked, yet we noticed many empty tables. Even when we managed to secure reservations on different nights, the staff refused to adjust them so we could dine together as a family. The restaurant hosts were rude and inflexible. Additionally, housekeeping was subpar—our towels were not replaced, and despite repeated assurances from reception that they would be delivered “right away,” they only arrived the following day. Overall, the service was very disorganized and disappointing.

Our stay started a little rough as our room did not look like the pictures and many items were not working including the fan, phone, and the sofa bed was broken. We worked with staff and were able to upgrade our room and were very pleased with our new accommodations. The amenities around the resort were great and we really enjoyed all the evening activities. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and good drinks.
