Edwin was amazing and helped us all week. Was able to get us reservations at the last moment and took care of us wonderfully. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience, from the start , I was placed in a dirty room, took over 2 hours to get me another, the facilities were terrible lacks of transportation, food was terrible, requested tea and was denied claiming they didn't have tea. I asked for crackers they also claimed not to have any. I was sick of my stomach. Tv wasn't working, for the price it was worst service I've experienced. I will never recommend this facility to anyone at all. I saw zero security, no cameras, all areas unattended at night, poor signaling to navigate the place. Concerning to see that, it seems that there is no safety for guests there. Poor quality food, the room was not clean, housekeeping did not show when supposed to, and they came in as we were sleeping and found that disrespectful, my concerns weren't addressed and staff did not speak English prettedned to understand and laugh instead of answering my concerns

Juan Jalpay was extraordinarily helpful in getting us nightly reservations at alacarte restaurants for 7 people. He came through for us every evening and made sure we were happy with our choice.

I would have rated my visit a 1 star but my Concierger by the name of Juan from Expedia was able to help me enjoy my 73rd birthday after dealing with so many issues i had from day one with my room to being downgraded, transportation issues because i use a cane to my son falling spraining his ankle Saturday March 8th as we where leaving from dinner due to no lighting around the walkway that resulted in me having to seek medical care for him that Juan was able to assist me with since this was our first time in the Dominican Republic. Juan helped me and had it so that whole birthday wasnt wasted. The only reason i would return would because the way Juan helped us with the medical issues, dinners and a day at the spa and a surprised birthday cake that was left in my room. Thank you Juan and we will never forget the best part of our trip to the Grand Palladium Bavaro resort and spa was really meeting you and your total genuine caring

Our family vacation to the Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites Resort & Spa was a major letdown. Unfortunately, the resort did not live up to the images or descriptions presented online. The condition of the room was unacceptable—outdated, poorly maintained, and in need of serious repairs. The shower drained poorly, the TV was damaged with black lines across the screen, and the air conditioning was inconsistent—either freezing or not working at all. Despite multiple requests for service, these issues remained unresolved throughout our stay. The "online check-in" feature was useless—it took a long time to complete and we still waited 30 minutes at the front desk upon arrival. Communication was also a challenge, as the representative we were directed to could not assist us effectively. Dining was another disappointment. The buffet options were basic and lacked variety. Even attempting to make a dinner reservation was difficult, and on our final night, a confirmed reservation was lost, leaving us waiting nearly two hours just to be seated. The most frustrating part was being pressured into attending a lengthy sales presentation disguised as assistance, which took precious time away from our family. Overall, the resort needs significant improvements to its facilities, service, and guest experience. This was not the relaxing vacation we expected or paid for.

Second time at the Grand Palladium. This time we stayed at the Bavaro resort. We had a good time once again. Friendly staff and plenty of activities to do. Food at the Argentinian restaurant is great. Highly recommend this resort, especially for families.

We had a great time with friends at this resort, the only negative thing that we noticed was the service at the buffet restaurants, we had great service from our concierge Juan, he was there when needed and made our trip more smooth.

I really enjoyed my stay with Grand palladium Bavaro Suites. Maintenance of property is excellent. They made sure enough staffing in place every 50 meters radius. Also the villa staff at 18 ( Bavaro ) fixed few maintenance issue for us. Beach was 100 meters walk from our place and it was beautiful view. Pools with bar was so excellent that you could have drink on the pool ( amazing experience). Staff were friendly and most of managers knew English. Lobby restaurant for buffet was good. Would like to call out Juan Jalpay , Expedia concierge who have made reservations for the restaurant, modified them when requested and made necessary arrangements for buggy transport from villa to lobby.

Loved the service , it’s been a long time since we visited a resort with such great service , thanks to Daniel , Richard and our concierge Juan for their great customer service. And the guys at the adults pool they made our stay even better!
