Vila Gale Cascais Hotel & Resort

I found the service to be inconsistant. For e.g., one person at registration was brash and unhelpful while another person later was very helpful. I requested a tea kettle three times but it never came. One day when I returned to my room at 2:30 it was not made-up so needed to request service, while other days it was made up promptly. Also, on different days I was left a different array of towels. But all in all, I had a very nice stay there.

We visit the hotel twice a year and we wouldn’t book anywhere else. We know the staff over the years and it’s a great hotel. You can walk to town centre and main amenities without a fuss. Well done to Diana Santos and her team.

Wonderful hotel and the staff were amazing, especially Caroline and Sophia, so friendly and nice. The area around the hotel is beautiful and walkable. Definitely plan to return to this hotel.

Pleasant stay, great location

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back. It is located within walking distance from Cascais train station, restaurants and Auchan Supermarket. The staff are professional, friendly, approachable and answered any questions during my stay.

The staff was wonderful. The included breakfast was amazing. Although it was too cool outside for swimming the pool was very inviting! We has massages from a very good massuse❤️❤️ The only downside was the tub and shower. The tub walls were very high, no bathmats so it was so slippery and was very difficult to get into and out of. Even my young agile niece had a hard time. Other than that one thing we really enjoyed our stay!
