The property was a great base for hols, very comfortable, loved the balcony Great location near shops, Leaning tower and train station for visiting different locations and getting to and from airport Michele was a great host and you felt you could contact him,no bother,for anything if needed I would have no worries about recommending this property to friends and family. Very nice apartment in the city center, close to everything you need.

The dishwasher was complicated to use and lacked instructions. The gym could use more equipment for leg and abdominal training, and one of the machines for indoor running was not working.

Very well set out room. Michele was excellent with those small personal touches that are lacking in a number of B&B's I have frequented in Italy. Having a coffee machine in the room is a major plus.

A nice small studio, very well equipped (dish washer, coffee machine, air condition...), with smart, space saving furniture. Great location, very close to the train station and in the centre. Quiet room with windows facing the yard. We enjoyed our stay very much and Michele is a very attentive and friendly host!

We had difficulties to hide our empty luggage somewhere in the studio.

Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the train station; close to plenty of shops bars and restaurants - and about 10 kin walk from leaning tower. This is an ideal location to use Pisa as a base to discover Tuscany and beyond. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The property was clean and equipped with all we needed. The decor and internal design was beautiful. The bathroom was fantastic with a great shower. Everything was high spec - and well maintained. There was every conceivable style of lighting in the property, which was great (but took a bit of time figuring out which light switch was which). Our host, Michele, was attentive, friendly and helpful; always on hand to help regardless of the time of day. Thank you Michele!

There was nothing we didn't like about this accommodation. I think we would have liked an awning on the terrace outside to protect from sun and rain. The outside table was a bit wobbly and would be better with a bistro type table.

Michele is an exceptional host very well informed great location for central station apparently is full of up to date technology some a little beyond us though 🤪
