Comfortable room and bed, kitchenette was well equipped

It was really nice. Michele was really helpful in everything. The house was awesome and it matched all the expetations. Also, thanks to Flavia for being helpful.

The location was excellent, close to the station, close to town. The best supermarket in S. Pisa was a five minute walk. Our host, Michele, was helpful and accommodating. I liked him very much. The apartment was just right, and the sun drenched terrace was perfect for a couple of hours R&R on a lounger. Lots of storage space, a very comfortable bed (practically unheard of in Italy), a coffee machine, top notch microwave and a dishwasher, all made our three night stay better. The bins were emptied daily and, more importantly, the coffee pods were replenished! The towels were good quality, the TV had Netflix, and the bathroom was fancy! Totally recommend.

If I had to pick one thing - and it's difficult because the apartment was lovely - the only thing I needed were a few more kitchen utensils e.g. a knife. We chose to eat in one night so we had to liberate a pizza knife from a local hostelry (don't worry, they deserved it).

Well equipped central location. You can access the train satiation and the city centre quickly. All is available what you need for your stay and the owner is very responsive.

The property has a great location, both for exploring the city and going for a short trip to places around Pisa.

Michele is a very good host - he provided a lot of useful information, good ideas about places to visit, restaurants to try. He followed up and answered all our questions. Location is excellent - we walked here from the airport within 20mins. Train station is 5 mins walk away, city center 10-15mins. Very well equipped room, it is clean, and silent. We could sleep very well here during our stay. Highly recommended.

Location is excellent, being within minutes of the station and easy walking distance to the attractions of Pisa. Michele (host) was very accommodating and informative. The (small double) room was well equipped, bed very comfortable and all spotlessly clean.

Strategic location for the ones who want to explore Toscana - few minutes from the train station, close to Pisa center. Apartment in reality looks just the same as in the pics. Very easy self check in, we're grateful for the late check in & check out possibilities.

If you're claustrophobic the elevator could be a challenge for you.
