The Coral at Atlantis

We stayed at the Coral for 2 nights during spring break. We knew going into the stay that this was the more budget, family friendly hotel at Atlantis so we didn't have crazy expectations for the hotel. The rooms were clean, with basic accommodations. You can tell the property was a little dated and some items needed maintenance (torn / dirty drapes in the room), some mold in sink in bathroom, carpets and water stations needed some cleaning. The lobby was nice and it was great to be able to use multiple pools on the property and the water slides. The lazy river is a must! You can also enjoy the restaurants on all the properties. We ate at the Nobu and Paranza. Our pasta dishes at Paranza were delicious, the seafood risotto was very salty. Both locations service was a little slow and had to ask multiple times to refill water or get extra silverware. All the staff was welcoming and very nice. It was spring break week and everywhere was packed so we just figured everyone was busy and just relaxed. Latonya was our check out agent and very helpful too.

This isn't just a vacation, it's an experience. There is something to do all the time! There are a TON of young families but for us, as a family with 2 teens we had so much we could do all day. We had unfortunate weather but the one day that was beautiful it made all the difference. Be prepared to spend at lot of money.

Was an ok experience - stayed at the Coral, in an older room but was clean and good sized. Food was expensive and average in quality. Pools and beach good, but hard to find a place to sit. Overall weather was just ok when we went (22 to 25 degrees C and windy for late march) so that likely effected us, service was good and friendly overall, general experience was fine, but was hoping for more.

Variety of activities however several slides and pools were closed.

A estrutura do resort em si é fantástica. As praias são lindas e tem uma bela estrutura como um todo.

Principalmente a falta de empatia da grande maioria dos funcionários, tanto do resort quanto dos restaurantes do resort, parecem sempre mal humorados e irritados. Apesar de ter muitos restaurantes, a comida deixa a desejar e a demanda é muito maior do que eles conseguem atender. Tudo dentro do resort é muito caro. E fazer qualquer coisa fora do resort demanda transporte de táxi, que eles cobram o que querem, pois não há um padrão.

The hotel itself is beautiful and stands out in paradise island and it’s definitely worth visiting. We visited for four nights and spent rest of our time in Airbnbs due to the cost. We loved the water park, shake shack, all the pools, activities with animals and staff there was amazing, easy travel with baby. Great marine preservation programmes and great to get water bottles to refill even if the water in Bahamas doesn’t taste good Even though I’m listing things we didn’t like so people are aware I believe Atlantis is worth visiting, we had a great time apart from some inconsistencies and loved especially the animals, our room view was also great

- inconsistent- we got charged 7,69 for a can of lemonade which I will still hold grudge against as it ruined my day, it was a shop next to the buffet restaurant, the woman never told me the price and just put it on my card my husband rushed me and when I asked the price she already made me sign it and printed the bill, there were no prices on the items either. I was shocked to be charged that much for a drink and on a bill it said one item rather than lemonade etc, when we gone back my husband asked about price and different staff told him 6,18( not 6,99 before vat etc) and next day different person told us 5,50. It left us feeling scammed. Prices also differ when you go to different parts of the hotel - 10 for fruit salad in one place 8 in another. At the pool we also got charged over 37 dollars for the Atlantis cup which was advertised as 27. When ordering nonalcoholic cocktail as breastfeeding we were charged the same not less.. biggest thing was also the Atlantis cup, my husband tried to buy it for two days and was told “we run out of the kids in the whole hotel “ this was at shark bites, I went there the next day and told them and they looked at each other, laughed and said “who told you that?

Les prix sont vraiment trop élevés surtout dans les restaurants du site et pour acheter des produits nécessaires, c'est vraiment exagéré Il y a des employés vraiment pas sympathiques, c'est très dommage mais la plupart sont aimables par chance
