"Decent, but would probably stay elsewhere for a future visit"

6.0

Overall had a pretty good stay, but would likely book in a different part of Atlantis for a future visit. We’re a family of 4 that stayed on the lagoon side and had a premium terrace view. We were there during spring break so unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at times. I was glad I brought my earplugs! Room - Clean. Comfy beds, but needs new pillows. Pretty view of the Coral Pool and ocean. Balcony furniture could be replaced - looked like the table had a few cracks. The door to go out to the balcony was very heavy. Bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a shower cap, and a hairdryer. Room also had a keurig and mini fridge (very small). TV did not have access to any streaming services but there were some channels and option to buy movies (yes, I know I’m on vacation but my kids get up early!). No issues with elevators but we also tended to get up earlier than the spring breakers so it never felt too long of a wait. For breakfast, we hit up Starbucks (in basement of Coral) or the pastry cart in the lobby. Claudio’s is also there and Sun & Ice. So lots of options! There’s also a sundry shop on the same floor as the lobby in case you forgot anything (still $$$). Coral also has the Coral Pool outside. It has a swim up bar and volleyball net. We went here few times but it was mostly spring breakers so we ventured elsewhere.

"Breathtaking!"

10.0

An amazing venue with breathtaking views. The activities and beach ambiance, with fantastic staff support made this a memorable trip. A word to the wise, the food options are pricing and worth exploring restaurants near by (and off property).

"Regal Experience"

8.0

The Regal Suite at the Choral is the perfect way to go for a family of four. Perfect location, great service and views of both the marina and the lagoon. Danielle was most accommodating and made sure every request was granted quickly.

"Would not stay there again in March."

6.0

Coral, the lack of elevator access was problematic, the noise from the college kids at night in the hallway was problem and lack of security to handle the situation.

"Jammed packed with things to do!"

8.0

Jammed packed with things to do! Super fun slides for all ages, great pools, beautiful beaches perfect for beginner snorkeling (definitely bring a mask) with lots of fish and sea creatures to discover. We loved visiting the turtles and watching the sting rays. The aquarium at The Dig was great for rainy days. We stayed at the Coral and didn't mind the walk to AquaAdventure one bit. Had trouble using the resort app for navigation but got the hang of the layout quickly. Friendly & helpful staff. Food in most restaurants overpriced (and kinda underwhelming), but other options available off-site in easy walking distance. Definitely make reservations well ahead if you do want to dine on resort. Waterproof airtags great way to keep track of kiddos without hovering. Atmosphere very safe but park is LARGE and easy to get turned around in. 11-year-old son loved Playtime with Dolphin experience. Mom found group vibe less intimate and VERY expensive, but cool to meet dolphin so close up. The sting ray experience looked amazing - would try that instead if we return. Water on resort tastes terrible - definitely plan to visit the grocery store soon after arrival (vs. $10/bottle in the gift shop). Grab milk or cream for your coffee while you're there. Breakfast buffet was super expensive - but great if it's included. Don't leave clothes to dry on the balcony. We learned the hard way that wind picks up and blows things clear off. If you're bothered by noise - and there definitely was some even late at night - leave the fan on high. Overall, expensive compared to other Carribean locations but really fun with endless things to do.

"Owen, Julien & Ramon - Atlantis's hidden gems!"

10.0

We have been to Atlantis many times over the past 10 years and the reason we continue to return is the array of activities and amenities as well as their staff. They employ some of the best in the business. From our check in experience with Schamierre Gibson, to our interactions with bar staff like Ollen everyone is friendly and inviting! However, the number one reason we continue to return to Atlantis time and time again and choose to stay at the Coral Tower is because of Owen, Julien & Ramon at the swim up bar. They are the most friendly and happy staff you'll run into while there. They work quickly where you never have to wait for a drink and are happy to conjure up a special drink to your own tastebuds! They make sitting poolside amazing and keep us coming back!

"Poor Water Pressure."

4.0

The overall experience at Atlantis was good, and the family had a good time at the pool, water park, and beach. The room shower pressure, however, was terrible and too low for a comfortable shower. At the end of the day, you want a good shower with proper water pressure to wind down; however, this was not available, resulting in a negative experience.
