The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the swimming pool is free and is available between the start of May and the end of September. The pool is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel. Please note the breakfast timetables: - Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 10:30; - Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00. Early breakfast is available upon previous request, at least 24 hours prior. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note that on Sundays and bank holidays, late check-out is possible free of charge but upon availability and only until 13:00. On these days, breakfast is served until 12:00. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, the maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of 35 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Fun hotel if the roof is open & you get a room without ants"

I was excited for this hotel because of the rooftop pool and bar but it rained in the morning and would stay closed through the night because of the 'weather' which was unfortunate. Our room also had tiny ants throughout our whole stay. We called the desk and someone brought 'bug spray' up which we asked to keep in the room since one spray wasn't going to do it. One of bar tenders was the best! We sat at the bar one night when the rooftop was closed and asked for recs to do since it felt like we did everything already and he wrote a really long detailed list of things for us to do. Overall the place was okay.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. We had an issue with the shower and smell that didn't let us sleep for 2 nights. The staff suggested to move us to another room, but it was our last night so we didn't and they took care of the smell for the very last night.

Localização

O quarto tinha cortinas velhas, furadas e caídas. Chão sujo se andasse sem chinelo o pé ficava sujo. Os amenties não eram repostos. Café da manhã apesar de ter muita opção tudo com cara de velho e incomível. Academia minúscula!

Hotel absolutely superb We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant with some fabulous wine We had a Suite with a balcony Customer Service goes Above and Beyond The staff are really helpful and cannot do enough for you Upon returning home l’d realised l have left my Jewellery Box with my jewellery inside I contacted the hotel who confirmed l had and l arranged for a company to pick it up and deliver to me back in UK The staff were amazing all throughout the process Thank you for an amazing stay Thank you for sorting my left Jewellery out
