The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the swimming pool is free and is available between the start of May and the end of September. The pool is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel. Please note the breakfast timetables: - Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 10:30; - Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00. Early breakfast is available upon previous request, at least 24 hours prior. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note that on Sundays and bank holidays, late check-out is possible free of charge but upon availability and only until 13:00. On these days, breakfast is served until 12:00. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, the maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of 35 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel fica dentro de uma galeria, então quando você chega na rua acaba não vendo ele claramente..., a localização é perfeita, avenida liberdade aos lados das grandes lojas e pontos turísticos. Acesso aos melhores restaurantes podem ser feitos todos a pé a partir do hotel. Quarto bem grande, banheiro também é grande, isso foi muito bom pois estávamos em fim de viagem e o tamanho do quarto facilitou para manejarmos as malas.

We were staying in this hotel in April 2026. The location of this hotel is just in the center of Lisbon. Very spacious rooms, always cleaned. Excellent service by the staff, always happy to help. Also make sure to include breakfast in your booking! It was delicious!

"NH Hotels never fail to please"

NH Hotels never fail to please and the NH Liberdade Lisbon is no exception. Ideally situated on the Avenue Liberdad, right by the Avenida metro station (use the north exit). Taxi from the airport is quite reasonable only 13 pounds on my credit card. My room was big, spotlessly clean, and serviced to a very high standard every day. The room was totally silent, with no outside noise at all. The roof top bar, with its glass sides is one of Lisbon’s best, it gets crowded around sunset. The roof top swimming pool is small but perfect after a day’s sightseeing, that’s if you don’t mind swimming in 17deg C water (in April). Breakfast had every type of breakfast food you might desire. Eggs cooked to order. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The location is very good and everything is quite accessible. The staff is excellent, very professional, friendly, competent and efficient.

The lobby is overwhelmed by an overly intense incense fragrance, which I found overwhelming. Unfortunately it very seriously affected my wife who is asthmatic, so she either stayed out of the lobby or nipped through to the lifts or the front door.

It was a little hard to find it! it is tucked into a walkway area , the door is not directly on the Avenue
