Property Notes

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the swimming pool is free and is available between the start of May and the end of September. The pool is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel. Please note the breakfast timetables: - Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 10:30; - Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00. Early breakfast is available upon previous request, at least 24 hours prior. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note that on Sundays and bank holidays, late check-out is possible free of charge but upon availability and only until 13:00. On these days, breakfast is served until 12:00. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, the maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of 35 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.

"First class all the way"

This was one of those places where you didn’t need to look at the bill to determine whether you received value for money. It was an obvious deal. From the crisp cotton sheets to soft complimentary slippers, many other small details abound. Upgraded balcony rooms afford decent views and room to stretch out. Breakfast buffet is thorough, and if snacks are needed an Aldi is a floor below the lobby. Located a few metres from a Gucci outlet to provide insight to the neighborhood, the place gives off a feeling of affluence from the moment you step in the quaint lobby. Only quibble was an onerous process in receiving a bill, starting with a message after I’d checked out saying they couldn’t honor the upgrade request I negotiated at the front desk upon arrival. Whoever said all European hotels have to be small and ancient should check this place out.

De ter retornado um dia ao hotel e não estar arrumado o quarto. Isso à 14h40. falaram que a política do hotel é arrumar o quarto até 17h. Muito estranha a explicação já que o check in é a partir das 15. En5ltão, quem está hospedado aguarda até 17h e quem entre o faz às 15h? Estranho, ainda, terem oferecido não ter o quarto arrumado. Fiquei 4 noites, como poderia ficar sem arrumação do quarto? Só o oferecimento dessa "opção" é lamentável, já que o único beneficiário é o hotel

"Katastrophales Schlafsofa sonst tip top"

Sehr modernes, grosses Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels war super.

Das Schlafsofa im dreier Zimmer war eine riesen Katastrophe. Jeden Morgen hatte ich davon starke Rückenschmerzen. Also für den Preis darf man mehr erwarten! Zudem war die Klimaanlage so laut das wir sie ausstellen mussten.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich u. aufmerksam, gleichzeitig absolut natürlich.

Ich hatte dem angebotenen -kostenpflichtigen- Upgrade gerne zugestimmt, es letztlich aber dennoch nicht erhalten.

Die Lage zur Metro und die Rooftop Bar/Pool/Aussicht. Am Abreisetag wurde uns, bedingt durch eines No-Shows, ein kostenfreies Zimmer von 15-18h zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war sehr großzügig!

Die Suite 611 war sehr dunkel, direkt über dem Müllsammelplatz, der jede Nacht gefüllt und geleert wurde, ohne separatem WC. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Eine Umbuchung inkl. Downgrading war innerhalb der 4 Nächte leider nicht möglich, da das Haus immer ausgebucht war😏.
