"You can’t enjoy the sea: should be called Hacienda de la Piscina (pool), not Del Mar (sea)"

You can’t enter the sea and just found out when trying to enter the beach. Very annoying.

Horrible staff. I booked to have complimentary breakfast & that was bot the case. They dont offer transportation form the airport to the resort. Horrible experience. Rude staff, not helpful at all.
