"Wonderful Stay!"

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and decided that Kerrville was the place to go! We settled on La Qunita Kerrville based on the location and other reviews. We were pleasantly surprised! Overall the atmosphere was casual and that's what we wanted! Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Not overly comfortable but it was a good bed. The pillows-we both have a hard time sleeping with hotel pillows- were AMAZING. The value- we booked through Booking.com was okay. Had we known that this hotel had jetted tub rooms we would've booked one of those! The noise level was tolerable. We did hear kids running above us - we were on the 2nd floor. And it was around 10:30 PM that we had a knock on the door and when my husband went to answer the door he heard running down the stairs. My husband immediately called the Front Desk who said she would take care of things. We did enjoy the indoor pool. It was heated which was a rarity for us! It was so nice to be able to go swimming in a pool that was like bath water! The free breakfast was delicious and plenty. Service by everyone was warm and welcoming. We will be back!

"Descent for the price paid."

Great location to things in the area. The breakfast was wonderful and staff were friendly.

The fact that the hot tub was not really hot it was warm and the jets did not work to actually help unwind. I was hoping to be able to let the jets massage my back and neck after my 5 hour drive.

"Perfect!"

The staff was so kind and so helpful. My mom 82 year old was coming in town for my daughter's 4 pm wedding. They made sure a room was ready for her to be able to check in early, freshen up, and be at the wedding venue early. I am so, so appreciative!

"Didn't stay because they cancelled my room."

Everything......because online its says pay at the property and the hotel staff trys to run your card by 1:00 which to me is false advertising...They Cancelled my room and sold it to someone else wven afyer driving 3.5 hours
