Nice apartment but directly next to Loungers Very rude tall blonde lady with glasses pretending to serve customers at pool bar Mini supermarket closed for 'Inventory' when we needed water ! Nobody in shop Rudely told me I could buy a can of water Shame as other staff were helpful and friendly Quite hilly to get to in the heat sadly Very loud music playing by non existent animation team

This was our second time staying here. Absolutely loved the place. Everything you need in one place , couple of minutes walk to main strip , great experience, great staff. Room cleaned and beds changed daily, will definitely be back!

Struttura pulita, staff gentile, parcheggio esterno su strada molto comodo, bar molto bello e palestra perfetta! Le camere spaziose pulite e confortevoli. Nel complesso tutto bello.

The staff weren’t the friendliest.

The hotel was clean and yhe apartment was very big which was lovely. Unfortunately there was no hit water fir 3 days which did put a bit of a dampener on the holiday as showering in luke warm water when the weather wasn't very hot was a bit if a downer. Once it was fixed it was lovely and warm. The hotel us mark with dome providers as a 4 Star definitely not 3 Star is more accurate. The furniture in the rooms was very dated, draws not opening and shuting, wardrobe stuck unable to get clothes out, but was sorted very promptly on that. No plug in kitchen sink or bowl and as was self catering very difficult to wash up. We did request either but never materialised.

Please do not listen to the bad reviews - this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned every day. The pool has lots of sunbeds, but be prepared to put towels out in the evening as there were barely any beds left in the morning. 10 minute walk to the beach downhill - but getting back up that hill in 30 degree heat was a K I L L E R 😰 The food in the hotel isn’t the best but lots of places outside the hotel for food and drinks! The lady with the short blonde hair working behind the bar at the pool was very rude so avoid her if you can 🤣 We have had an amazing holiday, and been so lucky with the weather ☀️ we would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again!!

We went with Hays Travel on Easyjet. A lovely quiet family hotel. Clean spacious apartment consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen with a balcony all linked by a long hallway. Fans in ceiling in bedroom and living room. View from the balcony of the pool area. Fantastic sunsets. Lots of places to sit around the buildings - whether you want shade or sun. Built to make the most of the breeze. Great bar with outside sitting area. We had fantastic cocktails there. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great Cactus collection outside. Easy walk to the town and beach. The steepish hill back can be avoided! And finally, a value for money holiday.

So glad we chose this hotel for our first visit to Tenerife. The location was really good for us as it was 10-15 minutes walk from the beach but lots of restaurants and bars in between but at night we found the hotel a quiet peaceful area where we could enjoy a drink. The rooms were brilliant, so big, clean and airy and contained everything we could possibly need for a self catering break and loved the balcony overlooking the pool too. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and all the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. In fact it was a lovely atmosphere all round. We had such an enjoyable week that we have just re-booked to come back in October. Thank you for making our first Canary Island experience so brilliant!
