Coral Los Alisios

Just back from a week staying in a Premier high floor apartment at Coral Los Alisios. Had a brilliant relaxing stay so here's my overview. The Room:- I was in block C on the fourth floor which gives you a full view of the length of the pool towards the entrance/exit and is above the poolbar and shop. The room itself was massive, with high ceilings in the living/kitchen area. It was bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Cleaners come every day however you can request no cleaning if you want. I only actually asked for a quick clean twice in my stay as I kept the place clean myself. Beds were very comfy and had a great sleep each night. Had everything needed in the kitchen but as I was eating out every night so other than making snacks I didn't really use much. Plenty storage everywhere. Top Tip- to get great airflow through the room open the bedroom windows(which have a grate over them for security) and the balcony door and you get a brilliant breeze through which keeps the room cool) The balcony/terrace was very large and perfect to sit on and get some sun during the day as I did if you don't want to go down to the pool. My balcony got the sun for the majority of the day and although there is a pergola over the top you get plenty sun with minimal shade. Although there are no sun loungers there are seats with footstools you can still lounge on. Also a table and chairs for sitting at with a drink. If I only have one negative for the balcony it is that they aren't private at all. You are only separated from your neighbours by a waist high open railing so you absolutely see and hear everything. Fine if you are a really social person but no so much if you want a bit of peace by yourself. The Complex:- Clean and tidy and really has everything you need but there is also tons of places nearby. Shops and bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk but the area is on a hill if you have any mobility issues. No problem getting taxis called though. I didn't actually use the bar/restaurant or shop during my stay so can't make any comments on those. The complex is fairly noisy by the pool area during the day as expected with a lot of families and activities going on but that's not a negative in my eyes.....people are having FUN! During the evening and night time it is very peaceful and quiet. No problems with rowdy parties. The solarium area behind block C is a lot quieter and there are plenty tables and chairs and a few sun loungers dotted about and is perfect for a little afternoon chill. On the subject of sun loungers there are plenty. I never saw a day when they were all in use and witnessed no "sunbed wars" in the mornings. The hotel offers a late check out (normal is 12pm) if you have a night flight, which I did, but you can only ask about it on your last morning and if the room has been booked in the meantime you can't have it which is another small negative. They do however still give you full access to all the facilities for the remainder of the day by reprogramming your card/wristband so you can still pass through security gates. This means you can still enjoy the pool and pool bar for the afternoon and they also have a couple of shower rooms in reception you can book for half an hour to get ready for your departure time. There is also a luggage room in reception. It doesn't lock but I had no issue leaving my case there. I thought that this was all in all a nice touch and a good alternative to the late check out but would definitely have preferred to pay and keep the room for a little longer. Business is business though. The Staff:- Every single member of staff were a credit to the hotel. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, bar (i didn't use the bar but did go in one day for a look)..... they were all so polite and went out of their way to help you as much as they possibly could. From a simple hello to taking time to explain things in detail they were all fantastic. An incredible bunch of people. All in all I had a great stay at this hotel and all the positives massively outweigh my 2 little negatives. I would definitely return.

recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Tenerife with an amazing pool, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, modern, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the pool area — it was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and the views around the pool were stunning. The hotel also had excellent food! The location was ideal, close to the beach, within 20 minutes walk! restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Tenerife. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great facilities and excellent service. I would definitely return in the future.

Good hotel very clean very friendly staff good location apart from the hill to beach OK going down bit of a hike going back would definitely book again.

I thought i would give my honest opinion of our stay here. The hotel is pretty much the last hotel and furthest away from the main part of Los cristianos,up lots of steep hills. I did not find the staff very friendly or helpful. Breakfast is 7.30am-10am,which is way too early for us,so we had to go&eat out everyday. Food ordering system needs to change,you order food,they do not give you a receipt or order number so you have no proof what you have ordered when there is a problem, we had our food bought to us on first day,next day ordered food,lady asked where we were sitting, after 40minutes no food,went to check, it was sat on the side going cold,I also saw other people's food left on the side going cold,pizza box was open,so any bugs could go on food also aswell as going cold,very limited choices,especially for vegetarians. Mini market,is not well stocked,no bread,toothbrush but no toothpaste,shampoo but no conditioner,open at bizarre times,meant to be 10am-1pm,4pm-9pm,but first day we had to wait til 11am for them to open,again not customer friendly,causing us again to shop outside of hotel. Rooms are well stocked with toilet roll,handwash,shower gel/shampoo,washing up liquid,beach towels supplied, rooms cleaned daily,fresh towels,but that could be bit hit and miss there were lots of days,all towels were taken and not enough clean ones left for all 4 of us to use. Hotel was clean,did see couple of cockroaches in our room,but we were on ground floor very spacious room(jumbo duplex room)over 2 floors,3 bathrooms with shower and toilet in each,bed situation bit weird both bedrooms had twin beds,but my kids were sharing a room and didn't want beds next to each other but u couldn't just move apart as bedside cabinets were attached to wall,so bed had to be completely pulled out and moved to other side of room,massive wardrobes but only about 10 hangers so not great when 4 people sharing,no air-conditioning in rooms,only ceiling fans,when we were there is wasn't very warm,but not sure how hot rooms would get in height of summer. Hair dryer and diffuser supplied in room. Overall our stay was average,lots of good points but also lots of bad.

Everything was good

Lovely clean very large apartment. Staff are lovely and very friendly. Could really do with a nice comfy sofa or chair for relaxing in the apartment, the sofa bed in the lounge is extremely uncomfortable. Also the chairs on the balcony are not comfortable. We had an apartment in Block C which got no sunshine at all, seems like Block A got morning sunshine and Block B Afternoon sunshine. You can choose an apartment if you book directly with the hotel but there is a charge of €60 for this. Hotel is right at top of a very steep hill, it is a long walk from beach/bars etc. Very good price apartment, onsite shop expensive. Didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Overall a nice clean well priced complex, just not ideal for us with the location and the very shady apartment which was actually very cold having no sunshine at all all day.

Very pleased with the location, within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops & Bus stops to several locations. Fine outdoor swimming pool available within hotel grounds. No noise night or day in room. Fine big airy living room and comfortable bedroom.

The cleaning every day or every second day wasn't required in my opinion, but a notice could be put on door if guest decided room didn't require cleaning, which solved 'problem'.
