This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in! DO NOT waste your money! Firstly definitely not a 4star! More like a 2 and that's pushing it! The food is horrendous, especially for us English, lived on chips and bread for 4days! It's the smallest buffet I've ever seen. Hardly anything! There's no bar snacks or nothing really for children to snack on either! The alcohol is horrendous, mainly made up with watered down alcohol and syrups! 1 pool with a green ring of dirt around the whole pool! The so called beach is full of massive rocks! Can't get a sun lounger! The loungers on the little so called beach it's attached to is dirty! Rubbish everywhere! There's no security for the loud people that didn't shut up until gone 2am! Our room wasn't ready until after 3 in afternoon so had to ask for a room that was ready cause we had already been waiting over 2 hrs! Plus no bars restaurants or anything to do around! There's a handful of little shops at the top of hill that all sell the same thing! Never coming here again and advise no one else to either!

Really Old resort The rooms are old and even if the staff it’s friendly and tries hard to keep the room clean you still can se the dirt. Restaurant 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ it’s the worst place you can try to eat, it’s dirty and food really low quality .no so much choice and . I will never come in a place like this anymore even if it’s all free and I really don’t advise anyone to choose this resort.

Very nice hotel in a great location right on the beach, lovely clean and spacious rooms. Pool area is spotless with plenty of loungers and nice bar area. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Only problem was with the food - not a great selection or great quality, meal choices are repetitive and basic.

I really don’t know what everyone complaining about we just back and had a lovely time the room was big and spacious lovely balcony aswell entertainment was good, food was great something for everyone and drinks were very good. Staff are lovely and will do anything to help if you ask.

Me and my friends came here in February and it was a really lovely holiday The food was good lots to choose from the soup was the best They had a cooked breakfast in the morning then from 10am they had cold meats and rolls, and cakes till, 12pm The weather was hot and the pool was a bit cold but not to bad We had a room a bit to far away from everything and I'm disabled so we asked for a closer room and the manager was so lovely she changed our rooms. On check out day our flight was a later one So they provided us with a room so we could freshen up before our flight Also we upgraded it was $5 per day and U could eat at all the other sbh restaurants in the area you could also enjoy the all-inclusive drinks at other hotels so that was good and very cheep. Overall I would definitely come back and next time bring my children. Thank you sbh

I just got back from 12 amazing days at this hotel, and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, so you're never far from the sea and sunshine. I stayed in a huge room with a sea view, and it was totally worth paying a bit extra. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying a morning coffee on the massive balcony? That’s the kind of therapy I needed. (Pro tip: bring a travel kettle—it’s such a treat to have your own tea or coffee while watching the ocean from your balcony!) The room was super clean, everything worked perfectly, and they even provided two extra duvets—perfect for when you want to turn your room into a personal nest of comfort. The food was delicious every day, and the gardens were so peaceful and beautifully looked after. One of the best things? It’s really quiet. No noise from outside, no party crowds—just pure peace. If you’re tired from work and need to recharge, this place is a little slice of heaven. Now, about those bad reviews… honestly, I’m convinced some people wouldn’t be happy even if they were staying in a palace with free puppies and chocolate fountains. My stay was fantastic from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I been there with my husband and my son which is 6m we arrived on Monday at 8pm. Was so hot, we tried to turned on the AC but was not working, on the same day we complained about it on reception they said they will send the guy to fix it next day. Tuesday afternoon we ask if they fixed and they oh sorry we need some parts so only tomorrow. We slept on the floor on my sister rooms. On Wednesday they said the same thing. And I started shouting at them and said that it’s not fair because we paid too much money to not have the AC. And they changed our room on the third day without AC. They are very slow and uncomprehending

The worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. Reception had us waiting until 2pm for our room. Then said it was 3pm. Then said 4pm. We finally got a room in the scruffiest part of the hotel. After paying a deposit to use the safe, it turns out that they’ve given us the details for the wrong safe. We try to call reception and guess what.. the phone is broken. Back to reception we go. They tell us that a maintenance guy will be coming at 7AM the next morning. 7am comes, no maintenance guy. Back to reception. “Maintenance guy will be here at some point”. They literally wanted us to stay in our room all day hoping a maintenance guy will come. Customer Service is SHOCKING! Don’t get me started on the horrible food. No options atall same stuff everyday. Pork, pork, pork, pork. Honestly don’t bother booking here. Horrible
