The hotel is very old and bad maintained, absolutely disgusting hygiene, rooms very dirty and you could literally hear anything from every room. WiFi not working, IC not working, wc not working properly either. It doesn't look like the pictures at all, the only real thing was the pool, and there are literally no deckchair available. Nothing for kids except for 3 baby dance per week. Old people, old energy and absolutely dirntness everywhere. Poor food and poor selections. Not good for disable. I'm not happy within this hotel for the amount of money spent and I don't undertake the resort word because there is literally nothing in there. Rude staff at reception, I'm shocked of the poor service in here. Sooo dirty. Spend a bit more and avoid sbh hotels.

Avoid this hotel, its in need of major investment and refurbishment. Many photos are not a fair representation of what you will receive. We only used the room to sleep and used the SBH Taro beach just up the road which was fantastic. Both are classed as 4 star but there is no comparison between them. You can upgrade your wristband at reception for 5 euro per day per person and use all the sbh hotels in the area. Best SBH hotels in the area are Taro Beach and Maxorata which are maintained to a high standard.

Definitely not a 4 star as advertised... The whole place is severely run down. The hotel is filthy, we had 2 different rooms which weren't cleaned throughout our 7 day stay.. Neither had working air conditioning. The pool is dirty with algae stains around it, there's also lots of broken tiles round the pool which makes it dangerous. The food choice is bland and sometimes very undercooked. The bar only has 1 member of staff working meaning the queues are sometimes massive and they frequently run out of cups/glasses. Overall, The hotel needs major refurbishment to bring it back to its 4 star rating and definitely needs more staff to cope with the amount of guests they have. We certainly wouldn't return.

Absolutely disgusting. The pictures were clearly taken when the hotel was built. It’s falling apart. The management are rude. The all inclusive food and alcohol was s**t. The hygiene was shocking. The room was stinking. Sockets hanging off the walls. The list is endless. Do yourselves a favour and don’t waste your money. I got compensation of £85. For a s**t holiday that cost me a lot more than that. Never again!!

Be careful and don't go there! It's not a 4 star hotel. It looks like prison or refugee camp. Everything is broken old and dirty absolute nightmare. Very bad food with no taste and lack of variety. I stayed there one night just because I arrived on Sunday and that day manager didn't work as I wanted to speak to her and get refund and run from this hotel. Day after I spoke with her informing that hotel is nothing like on photos plus they advert there is playground in the back and that's why I chose this hotel and there was nothing like this there. She helped me and didn't get refund but we have been moved to different hotel of this company in jandia. And it is amazing. Please save your time money and don't book holiday at this hotel. It is so horrible I litearrly went to reception crying that I won't be staying here

This hotel, has potential but needs the owners to invest and train the staff. The location ideal if you just want to escape and do nothing, there are busier areas on the island. The daughter enjoyed having the beach and the pool available so close to our room. The pool area does need some maintenance tiles are broken and coming away causing health and safety issues, also cleaning the pool and surrounding area more than once a week. The restaurant is basic great if you love Pizza and Chips with a side of shredded carrot. Over the week it did get better but at the start there was raw chicken and pork being served which was raised to the staff. Pot luck on what you get room wise ours seemed ok but heard others complaining, spacious and it was cleaned to a basic standard but I'm sure the bedding was not changed, no housekeeping on Sunday or Wednesday. One thing which us Brits will get behind is the queuing, the pool bar qué, the entertainment bar qué and then most meals queuing. An extra member of staff could of relieved all this queuing but nothing changed it was the same every day. The lady on the pool bar really needs to smile and but feel her mood was projected knowing the queuing was starting.

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced from entering the room after a long and late flight we came to discover a broken toilet, hairs and stains in the bed and broken light switches, along with food shoved down our sink. The TV was also broken to which we reported to reception and were told “we forgot to tell you upon check in the TV is broken.” We were told multiple times this would be replaced or fixed but it never was. We also had to fix our own toilet with the help of a cleaner as maintenance was not in the building. When we asked to change rooms we were told it was not possible, but once we had raised a formal complaint with our package holiday provider we were then called from reception to now see if we wanted to change rooms after 3 days of discomfort in our current room. The entire hotel is extremely broken down and unclean. Broken tiles all around the pool to which guests were tripping over, multiple bugs in the dining room and dirty glasses and plates provided for eating and drinking. The public toilets inside the hotel are either covered in faeces or the toilet seats are completely broken off. There is also rubbish everywhere cigarette butts and dirty cups scattered around the place which creates an atmosphere of filth. The food is also very mediocre we barely ate at the hotel and the bar is so understaffed you end up waiting so long for a drink that you eventually give up. We were so upset and disappointed that we had to cut our stay short for what was meant to be two weeks of pure relaxation turned into the holiday from hell. As soon as we arrived we wanted to leave immediately. If you care about your health, safety and hygiene please think twice about booking to stay here the entire experience was a horror story from start to finish.

its a lovely hotel dont get me wrong - you get what you pay for but there were a few incidents that didnt sit right with me. first of all we arrived at 1:30 and they told us our room would be ready in 15 minutes - 30 minutes so we went a got food and came back 40 minutes later and then they said it wasnt ready still so we ended up waititng after that 3 hours to get into our room. i then said sorry for keep asking but is it ready as we have had a long day (said very kindly) and they said yeah we have had a long day too. i then rented a towel for the stay and you put a 10 deposit down and get it back once you return the towel. i left the towel in my room one day and the cleaners took it and when i went to recpetion to tell them that they then said "the cleaners wouldnt do that becaue they know our system" so i didnt get my 10 depsoit back because they didnt belive me in what i was saying. both me and my friend were standing in the qeue for a drink once and was waititng for the bar person to be ready for us so were talking and he knocked on the bar and said "do you want to tell me what you want or what " which we found very rude as we were waititng until he was ready for us. the entertainment people were lovely and welcoming and made it fun there but the staff in the bar and reception were quite rude. there was one older man who worked at the bar in the entertainment area who wore glasses and he was very nice and always asked how we were etc. you can book other restaurants in advance and that is what we did - the guy at reception said he will book it for us and to come back tommorow so he can tell us when itll be, we came back and another guy said that there was no reservation made, and it was our last night so we couldnt book it anymore which was gutting.

We came for a week with family for the first time in years. It’s was my kids first time as well. When we arrived at the hotel it didn’t seem as bad at people maid out to be. But I was wrong. Around the pool lot of tiles were cracked or chipped, most but not all sun bed were very dated. Shame there was only 1 open bar throughout the day. The staff were lovely and had a good laugh and not once did they stop. Hand railing dangling off , looked like they tried to bodge it was type left sharp edges. Inside the hotel is very dated and need a rip out, rooms need doing up Food wasn’t up to scratch at all. Most of the time the food was cold or slightly warm. The thing that did for me was the cockroaches in the restaurant after I seen them i choice not to eat in there and ate out. It looks like the other SBH hotels are getting done up and this one has just been too left to rot. The kids club looks like it been abandoned and the other room opposite the gym is holding water and abandoned. We won’t be returning to hotel as the pictures your see on trip advisor is nothing what you get when your there. This is why it’s only getting a 1 and we shall be looking else where.
