We were quiet dissatisfied with this accomodation. We made a booking for the deluxa spa suite and had paid the full amount when booked weeks prior. When we first pulled up we had actually thought that we had gotten the wrong address as it was a completely different colour and upkeep than what is advertised. We made a complaint after arrival about the room we were placed in asking for a room change - we were only offered a down grade loosing the spa bath as we required a kitchenette staying here for 7 nights and was fully booked. No partial refund. the bar fridge was half the size of the one advertised, Stains on the carpet, Doors to bedroom difficult to close, bedside draw in bedroom is not the correct draw for the unit, Sink plug did not fit (located underneath sink) had to use bath plug instead, Only a ladle available for cooking utensil with limited cooking equipment - we purchased spatula, tongs and strainer. Marked curtains falling off railing, no mention of shared balcony, outdoor furnishing contained 3 chairs only. No safe in room as advertised. Hairs found in the bed, dead bug on bench. Cracked benches, no power points available in bedroom. Balcony door and suite door which is connecting to the next accomodation not locked on our arrival. Room change was also rundown. False advertising, looks nothing like the photos - Room and complex extremely outdated and rundown - in need of some serious maintance and tlc. Smelly odours in room and throughout property. Friendly staff, restaurant across the road. Rooms were clean as expected.

We found our keys ok for our late check-in but unfortunately our booking was not what we asked for. Three people do not fit well into one queen bed. At 1.30am it was not easy to fix this so my husband slept on the floor. Most unsatisfactory especially as we had cancelled another booking elsewhere to get the bed for the third person. Not sure where the fault lay but the Wotif booking appeared to be correct.

Rooms nice but not very clean hair stains and mould everywhere

The rooms were good. Only issue was that cleaners were very noisy in the moring e.g slamming door and talking loud which is un though full when you haven't had much sleep.

There was next to no sugar in the room the tv was to low there was no face washer to use in the shower the shower was excellent hot and a big spray apart from that all good

Please listen to the negative reviews! lol Stayed for 3 nights, I had the "kitchenette". The room was obviously had a smoker previous. The fittings are dated. My fridge leaked causing carpet to mould. Carpet is not good/wear & tear? I don't mind whatever star a motel is as long as it functions as what is says on the accommodation booking. This motel is not 4 star people! My initial review was that the staff was nice and it was quite for me. Then when I called into reception and tried to book/extend for 2 more nights. The man that was on the day shift flew out the door 4:30pm saying he had to be at another place?? When reception closed at 5pm ? Crazy this motel seems like they don't enjoy the business or working towards failure??
